Your counter opened at 7: 30 with only one person at reception. I request you to operate atleast with two staff as there is rush in the morning hours you can have one staff later when no of patients are less. Morning hours patients are for diabetes on fasting. Thanks hope you will take care
I asked for lipid profile checkup and Vijaya diagnostics gave report of CBP.due to lack of coordination at reception counter and everyone in hurry this happened.so not good experience.
Excellent, exemplary, prompt service. All staffs are very sober, cooperative & friendly. The diagnostic centre is well equipped, very clean & hygienically well maintained. This centre is overall high class. All Diagnostic reports are always ready as per schedule. Continuous feed back of reports on SMS and finally on email are sent. Recommended to one & all. For today's experience, I want to specially mention about Madam Harika in ECG Department who is very efficient in her work; also, within 5 minutes I received the signed report from the Cardiologist/ Doctor.
Even after consulting via customer care, they say there is no such policy like this. We still have to wait in line. Staff is very rude and does not care for the patients even after informing them that bladder is full. Very poor service.
One of the worst diagnostic centre we never seen normal digonostic centre is far better than Vijaya fortunately LUCID opened here I will choose Lucid for future
Worst management! No proper response from receiption executives.they care only for people who pay cash. CGHS and insurance people are treated like slaves.as if they are doing free service.
The report was said to be collected at 6 pm by the person who collected by blood sample but then at 6 pm the staff says to collect by 8 pm, which says that there is no coordination between the staff and further the report was even delayed and i got it by 9: 45 pm. That's a bad act played by the such a big diagnostic centre.
I went for my mother's Ultra Sound.there is no sufficient staff and no time sence for existing staff. I struggled a lot for a small Ultrasound test for whole day.worst.even there is no typist for editing report also
I am a central govt employee. My experience is Not bad but some tests like Dengue are not covered under CGHS. Where as in some other diagnostic centers the same is covered under CGHS. Since we preferred Vijaya diagnostic due to its accuracy, this type of anomalies should be done away
Yesterday I went for CT scan of My son, but no doctors available and technician only done CT scan which is very bad and those technicians also seems not experienced. Staff is not active.by that time we only there for that also we waited 20mts to start CT scan and after 30 mts waited to get film. Regarding Report technician said, doctor not available tomorrow come and collect reports. Worst service and irresponsible staff. Kind request to staff. If doctors are not available kindly let us know will come by that time.but don't ply with kids life.
Because it’s a new branch, the ambience is well maintained. I went there because of the lift facility as it is not available in Alwal branch. I went there for quadruple blood test for that they had to take my scan reports xerox & they did half job. Out of 4 pages they took only 2 pages and I went off. After 10mins I get a call saying you need to come back for other 2 pages of my scan reports. Very inefficient staff.
It’s been 2 days I haven’t received the reports yet. Moreover, they asked me to come back and give blood sample again as the sample they have taken was insufficient. This is what such a reputed diagnostics does. Dint expect this. This Lothkunta branch staff is very inefficient. Please take some action.
Reports and Diagnostic experience is good. However service is so so. Response is very slow, the person collecting sample won't give proper answer just robotic answers.
Very good, staff service is very polite and prompt. I request senior citizens concessions atleat 50% may be considered. Premises is very neat and clean and covid protocols following very strictly.

I happened to visit your diagnostic centre at lothukunta. I have seen that the centre was very clean, the staff there were very courteous. The way they have been attending the customers impressed me very much. Another aspect which impressed me is the way the centre was regularly sanitised and kept clean by the support staff. I have also spoken with the person incharge there and was further impressed at the way she attended to me. I strongly recommend this centre and very happy with the service
