Poor service from suncity branch bandlaguda jagir.
You were not able to process CBP report even after 13 hrs.
Sample was given at 7: 15 am 7Aug 2023.
Till 7.30pm I dint get report.
Poor service.

We are very happy to have the centre in Suncity, but pls enable all kinds of tests here itself instead of refering to main branch

The experience was seamless. The staff was attentive and well spoken. Payments etc were effortless. The person who was taking samples also was pleasant and kept talking throughout the whole process explaining everything.

Also, within 6 hours the reports were uploaded to website and I accessed them. Although I got a text message as well later for the same. Overall, I would give it 10/10 experience for being fast, precise and professional.

Thank you. Service is good. It would be great if you can add all diagnostic services so that we dont have visit other Vijaya branches to complete the tests.

You are not sanitizing chairs, before sample collectors.once a person gives blood sitting in the chair, after his leaving chair should be sanitized.or else it's against protocol of COVID. 19.making n number of visitors in one chair spread infection fast.

Very professional and helpful staff. Flexible as per patients requirements, which actually many others do not follow and rudely refuse, but staff at this center are amazing and provide great service. Properly following all Covid protocols. One of the best Vijaya diag centers.

Blood test cost too high compare to equal to high carporate hospital rates even suncity also very very high t4 cost is 970

This outlet is nothing like other Vijaya Diagnostics, I have been going to Vijaya from almost 4 years now for some or other tests for myself and my family but never faced any issues but this one is very different. The staff is less experienced and trained. I went to them three months back for multiple blood tests because of which I had to give blood sample from veins in both hands. The lady who was drawing the blood was chatting with the cleaning lady in the outlet because of which the syringe was hurting me bad. After I reached home I found that both my hands have blood clots. I did not report this issue thinking that it might be one odd time. I again visited them for another blood test on this Friday and another lady staff took my blood sample for fasting sugar test and I did not get any clot. I had to come back post lunch for another withdrawal and this time that previous lady was present and she was again chatting with the cleaning lady while she took my sample and again I got the blood clot. This time I informed the person at the reception about my experience and requested to send her for some training so that others who visit this outlet don't face the same issue. I wish someone from the management reads this review and acts on it.

These people will not give the accurate results and due to this my wife was suffering we have went for ultrasound scan one of the worst scanning centre.and lots of waiting and simply they will say doctor is on the way.

Good reception staff gave me full information about my investigations and overall all staff are very good and experienced having good knowledge.
Iam Glad to visit this centre.

Stupid staff and very unprofessional. We waited for 20 mints in queue if just 2 People with no response and left and got our tests done elsewhere.

They are good, the team is polite and quick. A very reliable unit and the best within the neighbourhood. Located in the main road with parking facility and most importantly affordable.

Service wise very good, but price wise very high charges for tests. If u can think about prices and rewise we can also recommend to our friends and relatives VDC

Worst service.dont even have the sence to take email ID.nd when we tried to open the report.the server was down nd we reached the customer care number.he gives us the himayathnager number.when we tried to teach them.they never pick the call.such an worst experience with these people.dont even know the urgency of the report.we dont receive for what we pay is what i found with them

I often go to Vijay diagnostic centre, suncity and I found its services to b prompt n the staff well experienced. It is clean and well maintained. Only one drawback is that ac doesn't work most of the time.

Good Diagnostic Center, but cost is little much more for simple tests also, above all the management and the infrastructure is too Good

There is ample parking available. The watchman will ask to park on road. On other hand government is charging zillions of rupees for wrong parking. The staff inside is good. But watchman will make sure you have a unpleasant experience.

It was a good experience but there wasn't AC outside so we were hot as it was 90 degrees outside

They are taking more time to give results that to for CBP they are taking 2 days.
Service from the reception is also bad.the receptionist can't even know how to type correct name.he doesn't even know spellings

Pathetic service! Different member of the frontdesk staff have different offers of when the results will be given. One says next day the other says 2 days. Eventually went to Apollo Diagnostics at Suncity. Got the results on the same evening.

Good option for anyone living near Suncity or Bandlaguda to get authentic investigations done. Very professional conduct. Reports are sent to the phone making it a very hassle free process.

Highly recommended.

Horrible service, on weekends they have only one sample collection person. It took one hour to do blood draw in the morning hours.

For abdoman scan it takes nearly 4 to 5 hours, if you are free all day then visit this branch, they dont give appointments, they just take money and make us to wait as long as possible.worst management, if your branch is that busy please give appointment, its very hard for patients to wait for 5 hours with bladder full.not at all satisfied.

I have visited this diagnostic center, the premises is very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is much better than other diagnostic centers.

The staff is very professional and it was ease to get the tests done for my mom. Maintenance is quite good.

Appropriate health packages were recommended and staff is guiding very well. Good to get such Diagnostic centre just near to home.

Even though ambience is hygienic as expected for reputed diagnostic center, the staff behaviour is not at all good. More waiting time for Ultra sonography. The staff is not courtious. Attapur branch staff are very nice.

After giving the written complaint, the staff responded well. Hope Suncity branch staff will give best service to customers as like other Vijaya Diagnostic centers.

Good diagnostic centre with supporting staff. More or experienced admin ataff will help the patients, otherwise the waiting time is more at billing.

Worst place to be ever be. The attitude of the guys out here is so bad. Patient waiting for एक्सरे and these guys are busy drinking tea. Had to raise the voice to get the thing done.

It's very happy to have vijaya in suncity since 2 months I am regularly going for test to my family all over branch is good especially sample collection is extremely good because collection staff is very talented and best in there work.
