Hi, today morning I came to give my blood sample but it took an hour to stand in queue, acc to receptionist due to less staff, it's late talk to the management, very rude behaviour, and it's not bearable to wait for an hourfor billing, we r patients why shall we wait kindly sort out the issues many people r suffering tq

Testing the blood, the samples are going to Himayatnagar, after taking the blood sample it should be done asap. But here in Attapur it will take long time for testing and the the values differ.

I have a bad experience today I have waited for 30 mins for the billing of my tests reception people for the billing of tests there are taking 10-15 mins for the billing of the patients tests if I asked reception people they are saying it’s a company side tests which will take long time I request you to keep a separate counter for the company tests moreover patients can’t wait more time kindly look into these issue

Please be good but when you visit the place plan for the oneday there are too many patients waiting. They take too much times to please any recommendations for these centres. Asked for an alternative centre.

Over all experience is quite satisfactory. However, due to polarized political ambience an element of hate percolated deep. This needs to be addressed and staff may be guided and trained to greet with smile to all the visitors irrespective of faith.

Seemingly the way visitors are being attended to felt a pinch of faith oriented prejudices

Vijaya Diagnostics is charging exorbitant prices. Went for a follicle scan and they charged Rs 1350/- and next three visits Rs 250/- each. 6 months earlier it was Rs 1200/-. In the corporate hospital we visited it was Rs 300/- whether it is first visit or multiple visits. It's not a new procedure or any technologically advanced diagnostic test. It's simple loot of money for convenience as you find Vijaya diagnostic centers in every area.

Good service and sample collection is the best exercises phlebo's. TQ for good experience sample collection.

Very good diagnostic centre with all the tests available and the sample collection was well done especially by Padmavati.

Actually this was the first time I have been to this branch, I have seen staff is very supportive and also very friendly. They supported me in each and every aspect which i was needed from them, thanks and regards to whole staff. My special thanks to CT technician Amarnath he helped me to deliver reports on emergency basis, really appreciate it.

Highly recommended, this centre has all the resource and infrastructure as compared to other vijaya Diagonistic centre or other diagnostic labs for that matter in the locality. Very well managed and big shout out to Revathi, who is always around to help you and fast track things when needed.

The only suggestion is to ensure you have lady radiologist available 7 days a week to attend lady patients. It become uncomfortable for some at times.

Such worst service they provide especially in attapur area.where if you call hundred times also they don’t respond and if they pick call also they put a side instead of responding to queries and in case of updating reports they are very slow in updating up to date reports.such a bad experience I had and services are too horrible

I went for XRay on Saturday evening at 5: 00pm. While the Xrays were taken in 15 mins, I was asked to collect on Monday afternoon (that is more than 40 hours).

Since the service is NOT gratis, why someone should wait for 40 hours?

Probably, a diagnostic centre of this SIZE & REPUTE is expected to work 7 days a week.

Further, it is observed that the XRay technician is not wearing any radiation protective gear. No radiation exposure counter was found on the technician. This is highly risky.

As the phlebotomy was untrained, she couldn't find veins although it was easy to find, she didn't drain blood from cubital fossa but from somewhere else, it lead to hematoma! This is 2nd time I visited this branch same mistake they're repeating ‍️! While in himayatnagar branch they doesn't do this!

The person in counter don't know the test prescribed by doctor. She took 30 mins only for billing. Though three counters for billing but only one operates. Xray taking more than an hour because table is not cleaned. Horrible service. Never expected this from vijaya. No one to give proper information, we have to run here and there to know about details. This branch of Vijaya is a big let down. Disappointed, came here only because it is one of Vijaya branch. Better go to other branches

There is a need to improve your quality of services. On 5th August 2022 I found lift was not functioning. Please ensure such lapses and improve the quality of services. Your charges also are alarming. Please review and update.

The lady who took the samples was so kind and generous that we were pleased and all the stress that we had was worn out with the Customer service and especially the Nurse who was exceptional At her work.

I would highly appreciate the token process but also do maintain the same for the process of sample collection or what ever the purpose the patient have come for. I could see token procedure was maintained only for billing. Even the service should be first come first serve basis not only billing.

Very bad experience - test booked for 3 parameters and paid however they gave report for 2 parameters only.when called the call centre they told it's technical issue and asked to call the branch and gave a no. The nos shared are either busy or ringing no response! Horrible experience

Best place for all diagnostic services. Very accurate and timely delivery of reports. Has different packages too for diff tests.

Worst service and poor coordination.
For just 3 tests (PFT, 2D echo and ultrasound) we waited for 5hrs (12- 5 pm)
Please dont visit any of the Vijaya diagnostic center.
We opt-in for full body checkup and to complete all tests atleast we need to visit 2-3 centers.
Final suggestion is if u want go for full body checkup Or package based they ask you to roam across city.

It's always a first choice to choose Vijaya diagnostic centre for any kind of Diagnosis. We visited for the Covid-19 RT-PCR test and they were very polite and experienced in conducting the tests. I recommend VDC always. Thanks team. The above was my review before the report. However, I have a different opinion now. My wife's name is written wrong in the report. Even when the form I filled had it correct. Plz suggest how to proceed. Review date: The mistake was corrected in a whip. Executives were very quick n acting upon my request.thank you again guys.

Taken General Health check up package for My Mother in Law, Visited thrice for Doctor consultation, still not provided that service, Waste of Money.

I had the one of the worst experience in vijaya diagnostic Attapur, ultrasound services. No token system, no proper queue is maintained. Doctor performing the ultrasound and staff handling the patients are totally insensitive and rude in thier behaviour. They make you wait endlessly for thier turn. This is not acceptable for a public service. This should be addressed urgently by management.

1. I went for Annual health checkup Around 9: 40 AM. At reception guys seems to be fresher though he looked experienced, took ample time like 15mins to get my details and check what has to be done later his superior assisted her and get the job done

2. People experience - All the staff was quite calm and decent

3 Lab test experience- All the assistants were organised and seems like perfection was there

4. Overall service seems to be fine. However, more agility will help customers provide enhanced services and improve

If you are looking for " rt pcr test" within time its the best place.it only took 5 min for the test, best part is you don't have to wait for long time

Made me to wait for 20 mins because of the server problem but the branch has help me to done covid test very soon and reports were release with the time.

I had visited attapur branch fr x ray and department has done x ray very fast and I hardly waited fr 10 mins they have taken xray and even given reports in 30 mins.

Please avoid this centre as they kept waiting for taking simple blood sample, people come here are patients they can't wait for long. Reception service is really poor, is seems they are not for work and simply hang around and no proper customer service. Kindly ignore this centre.

Doctor doesn't come on time
We visited this center for diagnostic test what is the use of doctors are not on time, waited for 3 hours, who is responsible if patiensts dies

Not at all a trust worthy diagnostic centre. I had an ultrasound with Doppler and the report was pathetic with no remarks for the Doppler. Every piece of information mentioned in the report is not correct including no. Of gestational weeks. ATTENTION TO PATIENTS: Do not go to your doctor with the results provided by this center. First of all we need to pay those expensive bills and then wait for hours and hours to get the scan done. All we wait for is the results which are totally not reliable. It's a zero rating from me. DO NOT VISIT THIS CENTRE. ITS MONEY WASTE, TIME WASTE, NOT RELIABLE RESULTS. PATHETIC EXPERIENCE.

Very bad not upto the mark. Security service is worst. Today we lost the Royal Enfield helmet. I asked them to check the CCTV there is proper response. You guys don't have cctv invigelence staff in your organization?

Very Bad. I have never encountered such behaviour from any other diagnostic centre. Today my Mother visited for ECG and the staff was in hurry to leave to some other place and she was pressurising my Mom do quick change dress climb up fast. My mom is 54 yrs old.how impatient can someone be with elderly patient.staff didn't help at all. Didn't expect such things from Vijaya Diagnostic. Being private lab and treating patients with no courtesy, no politeness.

Very pathetic, their servers are mostly down and if you are to wish to take RT-PCR then you have to wait for 2-3 hrs.
First wait in que to fill registration form and then separate que for billing and then ine more quue for sample.

The worst centre I have visited.first learn how to talk with patients and I have disappointed. And one of the staff talking roudly with patients and am kindly requesting please change the staff. I have visited so many vijaya diagnostic centres and sorry to say this.this was the worst experience.

No queue management and staff are so irresponsible and they wont follow first come first serve basis whoever talks friendly with staff will be allowed to be investigated first and moreover staff and manager gives deaf ear whenever there is dispute over queue managment. Highly disappointed

Very worst patient care, staff is so irresponsible to inform about doctors arrival. Iam pregnant and waiting since 2 hours for ultrasound scan and i have come at sharp 7 am. Mainly the head of the staff is like you should wait we cant help you!

Staff is good but the phone numbers listed over here do not work. Landlines keeps ringing and no one answers and mobile is switched off. When you call the customer care they route you to the same number.
Staff confirmed that the landline is out of service and complaint has been raised with HR and BSNL however no action has been taken yet.
Landline is entirely a different story.
If anyone is interested in contacting them, I would suggest to walk up directly as the numbers they provide 99.99% of the times do not get answered.

Vijaya needs to improve its service.

I also filed a complaint and hoping someone interested in improving the service will get back to me or shred the complaint book.
