Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Nizampet

Worst service at a premium price.never turn up again, annual health check is a big scam and no proper coordination and accountability.we had to visit 3 times to the clinic still all tests are not completed and very bad response from the management. I shall escalate it to my organisation so that we will get rid of this kind of diagnostic services in the market.

This time experience is not good. The test report was different which is not as per standard of this center. How can have different results in different two days.

I have been to Vijaya Diagnostics many times. Especially the staff @ Nizampet branch are soo friendly and co-operative. Reception and staff are well receiving and good natured. Staff really supportive and respond with patience.

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Nizampet. It's services are quite good. Only thing is comparing to private and other individual pathaligists maintained, it is at higher side cost wise. Particularly take its servixes are seniors. Hence if it reduces, it will be good.

Very very poor in service as they said me that the report will be sent to mail by 8pm but they haven't sent it yet as I have called to customer care service they again said that they will be submitting report by 8: 30pm as I called again at 9: 00pm they answered that the report will be submitted by 10 on their website but as I have seen there is no report in website while again am making a call there is no response from customer service

The levels in report are wrong as doctor asked us to retest in another centre and the levels are low when compared with ur report

Staff is very supportive, if u want a good diagnostic centre with hygene as priority you can visit Vijaya. Nizampet branch head is very supportive and helping in nature too.

Very worst diagnostic center I have seen in my life. Doctors will not be available. Very time consuming. Receptionist behavior and way of talking is very bad and shouting on patients. I won't recommend anyone to come here

Tried contacting via phone at 10.35 am two times. No one even bothers to pick up the phone. Or even call back. From earlier experience there is always shortage of an ultrasound technician and the person is not available sometimes for several days. Vijaya must be losing lot of business this way due to absenteeism.

Recently visited Vijaya diagnostic nizampet branch and opted for the package checkup. My experience is good and and there is not much waiting time and staff is very polite and guided me properly.

Would have been more happy if there was a option of ZERO rating. Had a very bad experience in NIZAMPET branch. I happened to visit the branch today at 1 PM and was very much delighted to experience next level of arrogance from the lady receptionist (Looks to be a Junior). Don't understand how so called reputed diagnostic center recruit such shameless people. Coming to in details, I have come to branch to pay the due amount. But without even going through the receipt, lady receptionist started blabbering saying " why do such village people come here to pay more amount than needed". After scolding her and realizing her mistake, she was so arrogant that she dint even apologize. Hats off to your guys for taking your reputation to the next level. For ref: MY REG NO 46199291
