Waiting period was too long and lack of staff entire samples will be taken by one person only.you have to wait at the reception for 20 min after payment again have to wait in the queue. And they are charging like corporate hospital.
Visited Sunday for X Ray and other tests. X-ray technician not available hence we asked to come on Monday. We have again visited on Monday and technician not available! We need to wait for 3 hours for X-Ray!? There is no proper communication between your front office and sample collection staff. One of your lady staff members are rude and arguing infront of customer.
My mom went for FBS and PBS on 29th May, it took almost more than 1 hour for FBS. Only one person is attending the patients and she is only looking after the deliveries also. She is also looking like Fresher, during busy days like Sundays and holidays staff should be more, single person how can anyone attend the patients. When second time when my mom went for PBS, the lady (employee) was crying it seems because one person has scolded her for the delay. This should not happen, I request the management to take care of all these things and their employees welfare also.
VDC center లో Land line phone ఉంది. ఎన్ని సార్లు చేసినా phone లేపట్లేదు. ఎందుకని అడిగీతే పని చేయట్లేదని చెప్పారు. ఇప్పటికి more than 6 months అయింది. ఎందుకు rectify చేయించట్లేదో అర్ధం కావట్లేదు. కనీసం ఏ నెంబరు కు contact చేయాలో center లో రాసి పెడితే బాగుంటుంది. ఇప్పటికైనా పైన చెప్పినట్లు చేస్తారని ఆశించవచ్చా?
Worst service! In reception he said to wait for 10 min but it took 40 min and then if I have few queries then he asked to check in lab there for she said to wait for 10 min then i asked then he said after that i asked him again he is saying 10 min I'm frustrated.waited for one hour and no proper staff. I got irritated and went to Tesla it took 15 to complete the all the tests. Worst experience i will never visit here. 10 PPL they are taking this much time in Tesla i have seen more than 50 PPL but great serverice. And in Vijaya diagnostic prices also too high
This time I am unsatisfied with your services.there are many patients are waiting for registration and blood tests. But there only one employee is working at front office and only one person is at sample collection. It's waste of our time. It's happened at chintal branch. On 21st June 2022.
I have taken my mother for 2D echo test, first of all there is no ramp facility. I don’t know why every where we face this problem. To get the tests done, mostly patients walk-in but there is always this issue. It’s so difficult for them to take the steps. And also I heard that senior citizen get 20% discount. But they haven’t told me anything in the reception. Be transparent pls. Doctor is good though.
Today morning 12am i was visited chintal branch for health checkup reports i asked my doubts but lady receptionist answer very careless and also health checkup packeges physician not available this is very inconvenient for customers
No need to explain more. Just the best service. I was attending to take 3 tests but they suggested me to take only two tests which covers 3 tests actually. They always try to give best service to patients in all aspects.
