Avoid going to this Vijaya diagnostic centre, Film nagar. There service is very disgusting. Poor quality of work, poor communication. Not paying attention to details. There is so much of misguiding. I have asked for MRI with contrast by visiting them they said that the price will be Rs9,100 and took my creatinine test. On the next visit they changed the price for Rs11,000. The reason was that receptionist did not check the price properly. They just take extra money and the staff is very illiterate people. Not worth for your hard earned money.

They made us to wait almost an hour, then they have told us x - ray is not available for today and as they suggested we have to travel more than 5km in huge traffic and it was end of the day. Pathetic experience we had faced.

I have such a bad experience with vijaya diagnostic.thought let me put to somebody's knowledge.that they don't care about patient struggling jugling to hv thr facilities.what my experience was. I went thr thrice still couldn't got chance to get my ultrasound done.first time thr whr no doctor.second time because went thr without apointmnt it hasn't happened. On top of it third time when I chked and confirm over the phone. And when i went thr.receptionist told me tht doctor is busy the whole day cause they were having first come first serve.basis. Really bad experience Never suggest anybody to go thr and waiste time rather go to tenet or lucid then vijaya.
At your filmnagar branch - for the lack of Rs. 20 change the center refused to send the report online. I wanted them to give change.they said they don’t have change and therefore don’t want to give me online reports

Lift is not working, ac is not working, x ray machine when patient comes with leg injury and you ask her to stand in dancing positions is it possible. Billing systems not working

I came here to get CT Scans for my elderly family members and was helped by Obulesh. I found him very helpful and flexible despite a couple of hiccups that were out of his control. For instance, the front desk mistakenly charged me double the amount I was supposed to pay thinking I was getting two scans as opposed to one. Obulesh notes this mistake, walked me down to the reception and asked that the error be corrected. He was also gentle with my elderly family and made them feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend Vijay Diagnostics and would use their services again myself.

Edit: - Today is the report day they told me yesterday the report is done tomorrow at 12: 00 o’clock but still I am waiting it’s 1: 45 pm
Very poor service and incompetent staff. We paid for some tests and had to cancel them because the phlebotomist was so incompetent that he could not calculate the number of days between two dates.
Its been 12 days since the transaction was cancelled and I'm yet to get the refund.
It's impossible to reach them since all their customer care executives are busy all the time (on the call center number). No one answers the number on the website and the number that they listed on Google is also a wrong number.
I can't be expected to go to the branch to resolve a matter as simple as getting a refund.
Separately, I was interested in getting their membership card since I used to get all my tests there (not anymore after this experience). The procedure to obtain the membership card is like getting some Government ID. There are so many restrictions that it looks like they want to take the membership fee and deny you discounts in the future due to technicalities.
For example, once I give you my number and name at the time of registration, a reasonable organization would only require any ID to confirm the patient details while issuing discounts during future visits. However, at Vijaya Diagnostics the customer needs to bring the card to avail the discount.
Tip for the management - All you need to have is an otp verification on the customer's mobile phone at the time of registration without having to resort to this bureaucratic process of issuing cards.
