Great communication, nicely handling people with respect and especially the sample collection person in the evening time on September 7,2033 very good while collecting sample & treating people.

Overall experience is very good at the Kushaiguda branch

Not at all good staff.they can take only blood sample not more than that.very small lab/ diagnostic centre are far better than kushaiguda Vijaya diagnostics

Good staff with great client treatment, only drawback is they don't have all the equipment and physician consultation at this location hope they improve and arrange the rest of the facilities in the near future. Apart from that it's good

Booked home service at 6.45 am for mother age 83. Fasting blood sugar. Your staff turned up at 7.30 after calling him twice. It is risky to keep elderly waiting that too on an empty stomach. Pl keep commitment of time.

I don't visit this centre, but they are sent lab report (PDF) and Msgs by name of D. PAPAVVA. Verify the name and number.

Friendly receving, sample collection is very good and reports in four and half hrs very good response thanks a lot

No one is not responding correctly I have called many times to branch it is very bad and I didn't receive my reports also it is very bad

There is no token service. Also there is POS machine available for payment. Only cash and UPI service is available.

Not good staff, Don't know how to take blood sample. For my 5 year old son, they tried to take the sample multiple times for collecting blood, they are telling veins are not visible.it was very painful for him.

The sample givers seating position and sample takers seating posture which is totally different and not followed in most of the labs. The present arrangement is suitable for filling up of forms or for working in computer.
Except for this the Kushaiguda centre is less crowded with polite and courteous staff unlike AS Rao nagar.
The report delivery by message and mail reply is very good.

Bad condition. Yestaday given x ray nee sample not given report uptodate poor condition.

It is more convenient and we can able print the report any branch at hyderabad. Actually I have contacted at kushaiguda got the tests there and I came to pillala guda and got the printouts

Billing and sample taken for the test which is not required and didn't tried to cover this.

Good receiving. Delivered soft copy which is very useful now a days to keep our health record digitally.

Only partial report downloaded for both of us.we have given blood samples for fasting and post prandtle of blood sugar. But we got fasting only post prandtle result is blank in both cases.kindly look in to the reason for such reports.

Waste a lot of time in reporting Even after 24 hours, if you go to get the report, Reddy would have kept it new.make too many mistakes in making bills Even after telling the test, they would have come to know that which test is the only one to ask others on the phone what to do in this test.had a bad experience

Went to the centre for some tests related to Diabetes. Billing is fine. Received the reports online. The person collecting blood samples is inexperienced and I faced trouble and pain.

I had a very nice, response from the staff and the service was good and the idea of sending the reports through message is quite good idea, Good job, continue the same

Courteous staff… reports were delivered before the time quoted by the booking clerk. The security staff was also very helpful.

One of the best diagnostic centre that I have visited in the recent times. Very clean and saw the place being sanitized across and they were kind enough to also provide me with multiple copies of the report without any extra change.

No need to wait in line for tests. Surrounding is very neat and clean. You can get your reports online as well offline within 15 days.

No one attends the phone. Tried many times. Don't know why they mention contact number when they don't lift
