I will give your services very bad You charge too much and you don’t have courtesy for coustmer. I haven’t received my report……. Even tier 3 cities serve better then you…. I will complain definitely

Comfortable sample collection & timely reports given. Good ambience. Receptionists have trouble to enter customers when crowd is more. They need to coordinate with security for orderly lines.
I am quite impressed with ambience of the centre. What is more important is that one need not wait for long. And the blood samples are taken without wait. I wish doctor is also available at the centre. Some tests need to be done at the centre without directing the clients to the other centres. Hope the management takes this suggestion
Worst diagnostic service. Specially their home collection service is pathetic. Ridiculous customer service team too. They outsource their home collection service to third party vendors and have absolutely zero control on the service. Though they charge big money for this service but it is just not worth. I really doubt on their report quality too.

Can be improved: Package combination is not well designed Staff can be more polite and they should be able to explain the details Not all services available. If you want 2D, scanning and few other services, you need to visit Kukatpally branch. But they are part of package. Physician consultation is part of package. But no physician available. Zero flexibility in package adjustment. Means, if you have already diagnosed for 2 out of 10 tests, you can not choose other tests in place of them
Had good experience. I am impressed with friendly and experienced staff, and Cleanliness maintained in the nallagandla centre. Plz keep the same standards team.
Very neat and clean. Very good staff with more patience and responding for all the querries. One suggestion if physician and 2 D echo pft facilities are available. I prefer to anybody your disgnostic centre for any tests.
But the Chandanagar centre is not in a good place and not in hygienic condition.
Visited Kukkatpally opposite to Remedy hospital. That centre also very hygienic neat and clean. Staff also very cooperative.
I’m highly disappointed as even today when we went to another doctor for the second opinion on our case, after seeing the TIFFA scanned done by Vijaya Diagnostic even the second doctor mentioned that the report is too brief to make sense of and is incomplete.
The last time I went for the blood tests and the reviews I entered were fantastic, but this time we went for an ultrasound. Couple of things: They don’t have a female doctor for ultrasounds. They don’t let the husband enter the ultrasound room, which isn’t a common practice everywhere. The ultrasound done by them was incomplete when showed to the doctor, all the parameters on which ultrasound should have been done were not there.
Went for a blood test for my 1.5 yrs kid. The staff was very diligent and made sure we didn't have a bitter experience.
The billing staff advised us to first get the sample drawn before paying for the same, as there is possibilty of not finding the vein in toddlers.
The nurses were very patient, did their bit in making the comfortable and engaged before attempting to draw the sample. They made sure there was least discomfort to the kid.
I am visited to nallagandla branch some blood investigation. Like CBP, Lipid, FBS Service will be good and especially billing users and phlobotomy technicians r good and well picking sample. I am very satisfied ur services and more services will be lauch in nallagandla branch.
This is 3rd time I am using this facility. Last 2 times had no issue. This time lab technician could not extract blood sample for CBP.she was giving excuse no vein found. There was no experience staff around. I found the situation quite helpless. Then came in the evening again and gave sample.no issue.this was a different technician. Please do not leave the collection centre in the hands of inexpericed staffs.
The diagnostic centre was very neat and clean, the staff were very cooperative and friendly. Thanks for providing the local community with such infrastructure. It will be very useful to start MRI and CT at this location.
