As always, I had an excellent experience. Especially the attitude and behaviour of your staffs has been praiseworthy.

Good tech facility but Inefficient planning and slow process! If there is negative rating I wish I could rate -5! I'm shocked with copy and paste responses!

There is only one staff at Billing.causing delay at 7am. Unbelievable! Inconvenience to patients with fasting to give sample!

We had an experience of test in VDC Karmanghat, that this branch didnt provide a place to Rest during GDM/GTT!
Also priority to serve order is 1.customer for test & 2.customer who came collect report

Please see server should be fast. Otherwise elders and emergency patients may feel discomfort. Otherwise staff is polite to the customers.

Good service, front office billing person (Nagaraju) is talking very good and like family member tooo good.tq so much vijaya diagnostic.and please provide ultrasound in morning time, price high but quality good

Went for blood test early morning the staff over here were so friendly. Mrs Latha was so kind at time of sample collection.

I do have good experience with the staff Latha as we are Mallus, she used to support and suggests me for the tests as I'm doing all the tests self, not recommended by a doctor. Thanks Mrs. Latha and Vijaya for the usual supports.

Excellent service provided, Latha from sample collection staff collected blood from me and I didn't feel that they are collecting blood sample from me. Highly recommended.

Has been taking services from Vijaya Diagnostics Suchitra for so many years. Today i came for my mother's blood test and ECG. The staff is very cooperative and the person at front office, Ms Monica helped us in even getting a discount for senior citizens in the amount. The sample collection person was a familiar face, Mrs Letha, who has been with this branch of Vijaya for long welcomed with her smile. Icing on top was she was a malayali and asked my mother about her self in malayalam, which were so comforting for her. The process is also done properly and fast and information regarding reports are given promptly. I have been to many of Vijaya Diagnostics branches, which are very good, but among them this is one of the best one. My neighborhood Diagnostic center which iwe always prefer for beat and customised lab services.
