Today Morning at 8am My wife Gave Sample for TSH test but The report are not came Still night 8: 30PM. We are taken appointment for Doctor evening 4pm and we waiting for report since 8: 30pm but report are not came We called
Vijaya diagnostic Customer service they said itrepaot will be come Half an hour, they said like from 4pm onwards we calling continue every Half an hour but not received any reports and we Waiting for reports still 8: 30pm at Doctor clinic.
Very very bad experience for this and very bad service

Diagnostic reports all are not uploading and no response for telephone. Front desk people are all cooperative

I had asked for blood test reports, with samples collected from home. The staff was prompt, punctual, clean and hygenic.

Counter staff. R excellent. Make sure ECG technician should slways be available. Prefer treadmill. Service & echo r available at this place. Ur billing. Mam ms. Swarna is very good. Pleasing sense and helpful. I am very much comfortable visiting this center

There systems doesn't work properly. When I say systems (it is there card, computer). They don't keep money change handy. You don't find branch and escalation manager in office.

It was good. It would be convenient and a very good if the center starts it’s operations by 6: 30AM.

Very bad experience. I haven't recieved platelet count report even after 1 day. Especially with patients suffering from dengue, monitoring of platelets is so crucial. And if the reports are delayed, what could be the condition of the patient.when you are dealing with patients, reports should be dispatched or generated and SMS should be sent within stipulated time. I am sorry this is my bad experience with vijaya diagnostic centre.

Short of hands, especially inthe morning. Kindly see that no short of hands in the morning times. Thank u.

Every thing was good except billing equipment which I observed that gives frequent problems.

The home collection person took multiple attempts to collect a small sample which was clotted when it reached the diagnostic centre. Appoint professionals for sample collection.
