Worst service is high rank to your habaiguda centre. No correct answer, simply playing with customers. Zero customers satisfaction.

We have taken appointment & had to wait for 1.5 hours anyway. This is the only drawback.

The radiologist is very Friendly, comforting.

Bad experience with your PSA Report dt 9/9/23. Is 28.25 and 13/9/23 is 20.95 I got tested in other centre.
In Hyderabad vdc is leading such wrong report not expected.

Very poor service with the website. Online booking is not working, no one is attending to it and booking slots are also put just for the sake. Please do not play with the patients.

I stay at Vivekanandapuram, Sainikpuri. I was asked by Dr to get S Electrolyte test done such that there was minimum gap between sample taking & testing process. Vijaya Diagnostics has two branches near Sainikpuri, at Neredmet & at Dr AS Rao Nagar. I came to know that almost all samples (taken at different branches are sent to Habsiguda facility every 2 hours). To save on this transit time I went to Habsiguda itself. The technician there told me that only a few minutes after taking my blood sample it would be sent for testing. This is what I wanted. From parking my car, making the payment for the test to giving blood sample, the whole exercise took less than 10 minutes. The staff was very courteous & helpful. And being a senior citizen, I also got almost 15% discount on their standard fee! Shailendra Sharma
