Patient examination room, table and linen are not hygiene. Head rest or pillow needs to replace for each patient.

Good diagnostic centre, maintains good hygiene, cooperative, but my suggestion is better to allow the check the slides and all microscopic readings by professional pathologist only, don't allow to tranies.

Very good facility. Spacious facility to maintain social distance, well organised to handle good number of foot fall. Using the latest and disposable kits for sample collection, well supported by software to avoid chances of mixing up of result. Reporting system also is good. Sharing reports through whats app soon after analysis is completed. It is value for money.

The staff is incompetent. They make u visit multiple times. They dont inform what all they want at a time. Some are rude too.

Not satisfied with sterilization protocol, and rushing patients one after the other without any minimal interval to clean up the work place.
Very sub standard personal protection wear.
Merely changing the sheets doesn't mean the work place is sterile.

Assalamualikum. The CGHS empaneled lab is hygienic and with very professional staff. Added the lab is computerized/digitized with ease of accessing reports from home for both doctors & patients. Hope they are following standard procedures prescribed by designated controlling bodies/organizations to their best. Sample collection at home, parking space postpends convenience.

It will help if you have more staff, and fasting test for diabetic patients should be earlier and quicker. Because of the delay the results gets vary.

At 06.30AM the centre is ready for the patients with billing staff and sample collecting staff. The centre was also neatly sanitised.

They need to improve sample collection services. I have had a bad experience. Also, sample collection technician and other support staff are not properly trained in professional communication with customer.

Booked appointment for 2D echo & ecg at 3: 30, ecg done in no time for 2D echo our turn came at 6: 14. Waited for 2 hours to get reports done. Asked us to collect the report at 8pm, went to collect report at 8: 15 again asked us to collect at 9: 45 pm.

1. What if something happens to patient, with such waiting time?
2. Not properly organised. They don’t want to lose money, but will keep patient with heart pain. For few they asked to come on next day.
3. Getting test done is challenging and the biggest challenge is getting reports.
4. If such is the wait time they should start with ambulance service to take the patient to hospital or they should open own clinic.
5. If there is any urgency in getting test done vijayadiagnostic is not the right place

10 sept I am went to vijaya diagnostic for 2 test they charge 850 rupees and when report comes only one and they said your 1 test amount it will be refunded within 15 days almost 1 month gone not refunded money

Very nice place for all kinds of diagnostic. I can't thank enough to Dr. Sirisha (Ultrasound), who has done growth scanning for my wife during her pregnancy at different stages. This centre also has very clean and hygiene environments.

I think the problem with Vijaya Diagnostic Center is the way the customers have to wait for their tests to be billed at the counter. There is no token system which gives a fair chance of following the policy of first in and first out. Currently you may get stuck in one counter while the other side he moves fast. Also this introduces some customers who bully their way without following the queue system. I fail to understand why such a reputed diagnostic Center which makes good profits cannot implement the token system. Ultimately the customer needs to be at the Centre of any experience and this service needs to be implemented as quickly as possible. Otherwise the way tests are conducted, reports are disbursed are all good. Just some automation and innovation is the need of the hour.

I've had a good experience with this diagnostic center in the past. Now a days I am finding some of the staff one or 2 percent may be (CT scan and M. R. I division) being impatient with the elderly patients.

Maximum waiting, already patient is on oncology investigation, they put patient on fasting since morning they did CT abdomen in the evening 4pm, just waiting for Serum creatine levels. How much time it will take for single parameter. There is no communication between different departments

Had great experience with team of ultrasound and Blood sampling section. Especially ultrasound PRO UMA garu was cooperative and taken care of my pregnant wife, we felt comfort here. Keep it up and we are happy for your diagnostic service.

It's very bad experience am receiving from Vijaya diagnostics. Waste services ever I have received from any lab. For culture report you people are taking 96 hours to publish a report which is an absolute nonsense. Never ever I will look forward for Vijaya diagnostics and will not even suggest anyone to come here.worst services.

This is good place and very friendly staff.i interacted with Uma madam in 3rd floor for my scan and she explained and made me feel very comfortable and offered some water to prep for scan.wonderful treatment.

I went for follicular study and I had really good experience with Dr. Swetha, she is kind enough and is really gentle but once I had a bad experience with Dr. Sireesha, she was really harsh in doing it and also her words were rude and in my personal opinion I feel doctors should be really gentle as their profession is to give relief for patients. So kindly look into it. Apart from that everything else was good enough.

Reports are never given on time, simple x Ray reports are given in 24hrs time.
Just near by lucid is a very good diagnostic centre, if you go before 8.30 pm same day reports are given.
Apart from this, reception peoples are also not knowledgeable and courteous.
Management should look into the matter.
In service sector you cannot be rude to your customers.
Only ambience cannot improve business in this competitive world.
