The reception staff failed to inform me about the available offer, leading me to take multiple tests and ultimately pay more than the standard rate. It is essential for the staff to be proactive and guide customers on available packages during billing to prevent financial losses, as in my case, where I paid for individual tests instead of a package.

Prices are too much because of brand when compared with other diagnostic centers and the staff is very bad they didn't cooperate at all with patients.
Please check with your local diagnostic center where you can save 1/3 of the Price with respect.

I'm only going to vijaya diagnostic center but I'm going to first time chandrangutta branch to very bad experience his like a osmania hospital I'm not going to osmania hospital but to day I feel to like a osmania hospital service. Worst service ever.
Staff is too rude, they're treating like they're doing favor by preforming the ultrasound.
I'm not thankful to go this worstddiagnostic center again.
They don't have enough staff, so begging of people to go to so and so branch to perform the ultrasound, the doctor is not available here today, and when the people go to one-other branch, they are saying that why you have gone there? Come here only to perform your test properly otherwise we can't do anything and the staff has rude, offensive and threatening behavior towards their customers.
If they can't arrange the proper staff for each and every branch and don't beg of people to go to so and so branch today then they should close the business instead of appointing such a cheap and scrap type of staff.

Execllent place, it's very clean place to perform the medical conditions and it's the best diagnostic centere

All names is related to gods either muslim hindu or any caste.
