One of the best diagnostic centres in Hyderabad. Staff is very courteous, so are the Doctors and other technical staff. The place is generally neat and clean. Parking is an issue if you are going with 4 wheelers, adjacent shop staff sometimes will be helpful in getting you a place to park for a few Rs. Scan films can be obtained immediately after the test, test reports take some time but can be obtained over the Internet and also can be taken from any of the Vijaya Diagnostic centres near you.
Had come for a health checkup and BRE CHANDRADEEP was extremely helpful in guiding me with what all tests are suggested and helped me throughout the process. Would recommend this centre.
Very much irresponsible staff to deliver the reports. They have taken more than 24 hours to deliver CT Scan report despite they promised to deliver it within 4 hours.
Not at all satisfied with the service. Semen analysis is very important and to make it happen you people need to maintain a decent environment. Leave about decent environment, you people dnt even have any respect towards people privacy. For collecting semen, you people are sending customers to common washrooms, such a worst service. Is this how you people are respecting people privacy? Unfortunately there is no 0 rating otheriwse i would have given the same. If you cant provide facilities, better remove those tests from your centres. Why you have to make people uncomfortable? Cant say more than this. This complaint goes to kphb phase1 branch near remedy hsptl.
Waiting for registration is too bad and after for sample collection also takes too much of time. Only 3 membres are there for sample collection, i think one more 2 members required for that.
Vijaya, diagnostic is known for its, excellent service. Billing staff is only one in the evening when 15+ customers standing in que dated 16 sep 2023 please take care of it, rest every thing excellent
It’s very busy and congested. I suggest if more people are expected, place has to be expanded accordingly. Plus there is no air circulation which made most of the patients/customers suffer.even after asking also, No AC was turned ON. Also, I have called multiple times to the customer care for Kukatpally branch phone number, though the customer care executive helped me with three different numbers of which one of them is landline, Not a single number is approachable. Very difficult for persons coming from far to make an inquiry before reaching
No proper timing Maintainance, full suffocating atmosphere.
There is very limited parking facility. Think that if a single person comes for tests like me I had to roam around for parking, staff didn’t not had courtesy
Regret to inform that I never get kukatpally and forum mall 9th phase, kphb branches over telephones. This is very much unbecoming. Pl.take needful action to facilitate customers.
Scanning and report generation wise there is no issue but I'm not happy with the process.too much waiting time. I feel it's good to give the time slots for everyone based on that they can come and complete it on time.

Worst experience here at KPHB branch. No proper organize, had to wait for 4 hours without breakfast. No crowd management extremely commercial. Never opting this place for health checkup
Service is not up to mark, I enquired 3 days before for scanning they said Dr. Will available from 8 am on wards. When I reached to your centre they told Dr. Will come after 10am, even they are not telling when (time) my number will come. Almost 4.5 hrs waiting time. I never expected this type of service.
Don't visit this center as their sample collection chamber don't have ventilation at all. If you are covid negative.you will go out with covid positive. I don't recommend this place at all.
COVID RT-PCR test cost increased to Rs. 750 to test omicron variant. Turnaround time is around 30 Minutes and staff is quite polite. Reports will be available in 36 Hours.
During billing I addressed there is a mistake in name. I e instead of K. Ram Manohar.it should be M. Ram Manohar. The billing desk confirmed the report will be with correct name. But the report also is with K. Ram Manohar. Take care during billing and confirm me the report with correct name
Increased 50 ‰ price which is Not fair and correct. When I asked reason got rude answer saying it is management decision and I asked can I get manager number to talk, again rude reply she is on leave.

Not a trustworthy lab to rely on. Customer care is just a joke. Its not about how good you maintain your infrastructure but also how better are your processes to serve customers. This is just a collection point for your blood samples and the actual testing could be at another center.
Time taking, I have given for CBP & CRP … Reports are delivered… CRP After 8 Hrs. CBP After 21 Hrs. Normal diagnostic centres are providing b/w 1 to 2 Hrs. It’s a health emergency days please don’t rely on this Vijaya Diagnostics.
Too much waiting period and common rest rooms for ladies and gents. Also very dirty and smell. Every one has to wait before restroom for passing urines because only common room for all. I have complained many times to management but no improvement. Please every post this common rest room issues. Especially it’s in 3rd floor at scanning block.
The centre is very nice and well maintained with COVID guidelines like social distancing, sanitization and token system to avoid crowd gatherings at reception. I appreciate all the staff for their polite and responsive behaviour starting from the security guard, receptionists' and testing person.
Their covid testing full of errors. No hygiene at all. They just need money. Healthy gets positive test reports from this worst test center. I will never recommend this. SCAM!
There is one nurse in CT scan section, so pathetic. No proper knowledge, very careless. Doesn't care for patient's safety. I think she has taken her job granted aa she is working in a reputed diagnostic center. Also, only one washroom vailable in each floor for both men and women. That's very difficult to handle a large number of crowd. Ultimately, does this diagnostic center work on the reviews provided in this platform?
I went this place for few blood tests. I don't like the way they receive patients as sample collection lady having my blood sample while on call with someone with her Bluetooth. As a doctor and medical professional i know it is important to pay her complete attention with the thing and tried to explain the same thing to her.but i didn't get her proper attention or answer either.its a bit rude in fact.never recommend Vijaya to anyone,
I have visited for RT-PCR test, in the morning, in the morning, there is lot of waiting, and the do test in batches for RT-PCR.so need to wait above test.
Very worst place. I had been there for Ultrasound and it took 2.5 hrs of waiting time. And they don't even bother to inform the patient it's getting late. The staff is very arrogant and misplaced the receipt. Only when we spoke they realised it. Very pathetic and unbearable. Cant even imagine about senior citizens.
All the good reviews are fake and paid. Completely money minded, disrespectful staff, no social distancing followed. The only way they respond to reviews is by thanking for review and apologising and asking for further details to be contacted just to show to everyone that they are handling the situation. Everyone knows no one will provide their details on a public platform. I feel so disgusting even sitting in the chairs that are so dirty. Front line staffs really need a change. Deserves stars in minus. Will spread this to everyone I know.
I visited this place for RTPCR test but no precarious I guess covid is spreading by community transmission mainly at testing center. Before test we need to fill ICMR guidelines the same book and pen has been use by all patients. There is no social distance when I enquire with staff thy said now-a-days it's common and virus? Resistance had reduced.
At the time of testing on my request concern person had changed his hand cloves
One thing i learned the hard way in this digital age is to never go by reviews and ratings on net. All these reviews and so called 4+ rating are fake and paid. The front desk executives are pathetic and uninformed. I called for NT scan and each gives different information about the price and availability of doctors. Visting for the first time is disaster as we have to go to different floors for billing and scans and at the last min they ask for id proof. Should have told on the phone itself. They didnt believe my prescription for NT scan and asked me to go to another technician on a different floor to get it checked. Now that is ridiculous, why would i lie? Pathetic pathetic pathetic. Overated and commercial minded. I would never recommend this place.

- First i thought that it was hygienic because they were using long tissue cloth on the beds while checking ECG and Ultrasonic but sadly they are using the same tissue cloth for all the patients, which is too bad.
Sir, I have given sample for CRP, & PSA, stool a cult blood test. Where as in CRP results mentioned as < 4. I should have know exact level of crp. Simply you mentioned as < 4. This results shows you are escaping. Thease results are not especing from your well known lab.

We visited this place for preventive health checkup.all the tests are going very fast but excluding the ultra sound.if you have an option you can go for ultrasound first and take the remaining test later. They ask us to come without eating anything for last 12 hours. Technicians are very cooperative. Diagnostic centre is very clean. If you have time I can search remaining centre for low cost. Cost is moderate we can't say it is low. You should easy to remove clothes for ECG ultrasonic and x-ray.
Irresponsible blood sample collectors and no proper response from call Center.i have booked slot around 7: 30 -8 o clk.till 9 o clk there is no cal from collector.since how long time patient is in fasting they should understand and follow the slots.after doing so many called they came at 10 o clk. Worest service
