This is a reasonably good and budget friendly hospital. It is our family's "Go-to" hospital.

It's affordable for all class people and between city where you get everything in affordable apart from treatment.

Please provide appropriate parking to the customers, if there is an emergency and there is no proper parking facility. Customers are paying huge fines because of the police personnel levying fines to the people without even a consideration. If this is not going to solved there could be huge revolt on your hospital for paying back those fines by the police.

I'm giving this one star because there is no option to give zero stars.

Good for nothing. Runs only on black cash. They don't accept card or upi only cash mode payment. Similarly complete unethical mode of business activities. Parking also not available. They run hospital but no ghmc, fire safety or labour norms or followed. They loot govt bodies and public. Consultants fee don't too high. The way they using govt resources at the center of city they should not be charging the public that high.

With many expectations and trust on doctor vijaya Lakshmi I took treatment in this hospital. I was having fibroid and 4 miscarriages, my pregancy was highly risky one. Whenever I went for check up doctor was not available- one of the worst experience. Reception staff attitude is reckless. I had lot of bleeding, labor pains on oct31 at 1 pm in my home, on emergency basis I came to hospital by 2: 30 pm, asked for doctor vijayalakshmi. She was in her home which is in third floor of same hospital. She didn't came to check me. She came at 6 pm and operated C-section at 10pm. In mean time my bp was 188/220. Unfortunately because of this irresponsible, reckless, stupid Dr vijayalakshmi I lost my baby, my baby came live but by the time she came 80% of her brain was damaged. If I went to rainbow, Ankura, Fernandez my baby would have survived. Feel like to slap her and put her in jail, but wants the use. Now I'm in condition that my complete uterus may be removed as my fibroid grown to 13 CM in pregnancy. Please don't visit this hospital. Visit it if you want to die.

Worst maintenance, Worst reception. They are not accepting UPI or card payments for Consultation. They are accepting only cash. I have waited for cardiology Doctor for 3 hours but doctor not even talked for 3 minutes. Unnecessarily wasted money and time.

Am mother in law is a very old patient of Dr Anil he is very polite wit patients his treatment is very gud very senior doctor and reception every time i call her she vll receive me very smoothly she deals wit patient very nicely i appreciate the work of dat girl

I came from 200km distance to consult dr.k sathayamurthi but he had no patience and no time to talk with patients at lest 5mints I fully disappointed money minded hospital ‍️

There is this thing that 7days after you pay you can come for free and take a bit higher charges like ₹450 for old and ₹500 for new cards and that's a lot like even famous cardiac doctors that I know only charge ₹300 and that is a standard, but the problem is not that it is that there are a few doctors who come only after a week here so then you have to pay like every time you come and that's annoying.

Prof K. Satyanarayana sir is one of the senior most authorities in the field of Neuro Surgery. His prognosis is excellent. He has treated my mother for spinal injury. Vijay Health Care facility is pristine and the inpatient rooms are maintained well.

You gota wait for atleast a hour and then the receptionist and Dr both talk to you no less than a rowdy! I hope they work over this and make it a better place by doing good for the society in a humanitarian manner.

One of the worst experience with this doctor, he is fully money minded, because of his careless i lose my daughter she is just 3years, so delay worng surgery. When I visiting he said nothing will happen, it's just a diffenciency give rest for 6weeks, but in this 6weeks it spred to 4th stage of osteosarcoma.

Worst service with ICU night duty nurses. Security at main gate morning. Playing with patients. My father is a patient admitted in dis hospital in ICU getting stomach pain last night and crying telling about stomach pain. Nurse is sitting beside him only and not even responding Even night duty Jr.doctor he came for sleeping in ICU. Dis all on date 19/09/2022.

Worst hospital, because of this hospital my wife's father died.worst staff.where we stayed for 15 days. Neeltriven (Kidney) literally did experiment on my Father in law's body

One of the oldest health care centre in secunderabad, Dr. Satyanarayana garu is a famous Neurologist and has got lot of experience in treating Neuro cases. He diagnoses the cases very well and advises minimal investigations and medicines. I would recommend this hospital for any kind of Neuro treatments.

It's a really well maintained hospital, It has been my family's Go-to since ages.
The doctors know what they're doing and so do the staff. It's also nice to see that they have an in-house diagnostic tests, which save time from going out and getting tests done.
Overall, i would suggest this hospital to anyone wo requires medical attention.

I have seen worst doctor in this hospital. Mr k Narshimha rao, orthopaedic is very dirty and worst. He wants only money, I think he will eat money only. But k Satyanarayana garu is good and kind to patients. From covid-19, he became incharge and hospital became commercial.

Highly efficient staff, went for below 18 vaccination, spent 15 mins from entry to exit. Very smooth operations. Keep up the good work

Hello we came to vhc as emergency very active receptionist n Ayamma, very quick response and guidance provided by dem, gud staff and services.

Never. I repeat never go without calling the doctor here. Worst reception, no one will attend the call, and people are extremely rude. If you are a sick person. You'll be more sick. I assure you. I didn't believe this although 5 of my relatives reported bad behaviour of this hospitals staff. They act like they own the world.
And you can go here at your own risk. I didn't believe this reviews, but I know they are REAL now.

Very Disappointed with the consultation process.you will be in queue for long hours and the med reps, hospital staff recommended patients will come and go. Why does the doctors and management could not take any action?

Visited the hospital today, people responsible to address concerns related to insurance are very arrogant and recommends you to pay although I had United Health Parekh - Cashless card. He's recommending to settle things post insurance which is really pathetic. What's the point of paying for medical insurance on monthly basis when you have such hospitals who register themselves but deny services when need them the most. Very poor service. THEY ACCEPT ONLY CASH (Mafia like concept - No credit card/debit card is accepted). Invoice will be given to Out patient only on insisting otherwise you'll get the patient file from reception who acts as if she's doing favor on you. Health care sector in our country has long way to go.

Doctors, House Keeping members and watchmen.

The receptionists are very arrogant at the out patient counter, they have no skills to be as a receptionist. Please either appoint new staff or make them know how to treat patients.
As major patients for this hospital would be out patients, it's very imp to make them treat well so that the reputation of the hospital will increase. Apart from these receptionists, everything is good about the hospital doctors and etc
My sincere suggestion is do make reception patients-friendly

Today I went for treatment with ortho surgeon. He's old but perfect in treatment. Excellent behaviour with patients, had lot of patience, best doctor I have ever met, explained every problem with lot of patience, I reached hospital at 2: 45 and waited till 6: 00pm for him but worth waiting, they provided the bed to sleep till that time, nurse everyone helped us. I feel I m complete only because of him. He is God for me. They dint even charge a single rupee more.

The staff at the reception should be more patient with the OP, as the crowd is more a couple more staff should be added.

The doctor who was in Op refused to come and see the inpatient when needed urgently and not at their sweet convience

Hospital with in the heart of the city area near secunderabad railway station emergency ward is cool and everything looks good and rooms for the patients are also cool staff are also fine but some cleanliness should be maintained like throwing litter like injection covers on stairs should be stopped by nursing staff and please maintain silence in ground floor hospital is a place where patience and peace is must and should

This is 4 th time i am visiting this hospital for sm gynec problem and each time they give different timings and very very riduculous that the doctor is never on time as per the appointment given by them she is always 2 hrs late, today they told that doctor will be available from 11am to 1pm Its already 12.35pm now and doctor dint come yet.

Have successfully recovered from Dengue fever and am very satisfied with the hospital.

I was work as a staff nurse in vhc icu. Really I love that work all d care n such wonderful treatment by my wonderfull doctors each n every one I really proud to work with them. I really sorys Dr. Satyanaraysna.k professor sir I don't inform n I was given region to my job only bcs I really faced a bad experience in vhc. I really hate to work that worst Colic I get a very bad rumour on me I really felt bad n I left my profession. Till now I'll say sorry sir. Bcz of nursing superindent I was left vhc n my work n all.not salury salury is don't matter to me.but sir I was to work in ICU any time bcz I love to work with a critical pts.miss my work sorry sir. Only tis hase to know ksn sir it's my personal text.

Treatment is good but the behaviour of doctor is very rude specially the senior dr. K Satyanarayana (prof), he doesn't have even common sense how to behave with patient and how to convence them. The doctor always wants to loot the patients that's it. I never suggest anyone to visit this hospital ever & specially avoid to consult with dr. K satyanarayana. The doctor knows very well how to argue with patients and their family members.

The biggest foolish doctor i've ever met is Dr. K Satyamarayana (Neuro Surgeon)

I consulted Mr. Neil N Trivedi (Urologist) at this hospital for my mother's kidney stone problem in July 2019. Mr. Trivedi is very nice person and treats patients with smile and patience. Explains the situation of the illness clearly. Reachable when needed. Mr. Bikshu (Asst. Doctor) at Vijaya Hospital is very good person and handles patients in good manner. All the other hospital staff are co-operative and helpful. Thanking all of them.

Got my mom treated here. Excellent care and treatment. Prompt response. Coming to the point, Dr R S Chandra Shekar is the best Ortho you could find. He's polite, kind, honest and knows the best. If you're looking for an Ortho angel it's him!

Doctors won't came at time.they wil come 2 to 3 hour late from actual given time. Many people come from far distance, district. They have to spend their whole day here.no value of time.

Dr Satyanarayana is a not a good doctor. He don’t even deserved to be called as a doctor. He is the most arrogant person I ever met. He don’t even know how to speak with patients speacially ladies. He treats the patients in inappropriate way. He charges 500 and he is not worth of it. He wants male person to accompany the ladies patient. Which shows he is so gender bias. Doesn’t deserve to be a doctor I think he should take treatment. Not a good hospital.

Riceptionist is not saying exact time of doctor poor service lot of waiting to visit a doctor it mean health is ill cause of much waiting

Fist let me Thank Dr K Sathyanarayana sir who gave my mother a new life. I came there on my cousins refer, after that I came to know that I came to a right place in right time to save my mothers life from nuero problem. We saw a great difference in my mothers activities now, she can do her won work and can do some works in the home also. And also my cousins Dr Vasantha kumari and her daughter Dr Keerthi appreciated the way he treated the patient and brought out frpm the trouble. I referred so many to here for the same problems when i faced with any others. Once again I thank u Vijaya Health Care Unit Especially Dr Sir.

OP Dept does not follow any queue. People just get into doctor cabin and no one asks. Appointment is just name sake

Such a worst hospital ever experienced. Don’t even know how to treat patients with proper treatment. Doctors don’t even know how to deal with patients. Especially neurosurgeon Satyanarayana did he studied and passed his MBBS is my confusion. He is such an irresponsible, inefficient, careless, knowledgeless, person ever. He don’t even who how to treat patients then what is the use of his service better he resign his job and sit in his home.what is the use of his age and experience as he don’t know how to talk to patients and workers. If he couldn’t know how to handle patients and his inefficiency to explain about patients condition correctly better he could shut his hospital. My suggestion is joining in his hospital is path to death. My suggestion is better don’t get treatment by that Satyanarayana as u can have a long life. This is my personal experience with my grandmother.

I was in-patient in this hospital. As a in-patient I was treated for about a month for my ailment. During my stay the doctors and the allied staff took utmost care. Coming to the experience, knowledge and professional ability of doctor K. Satyanarayana is above board. I'm anguished to say that someone calling Dr.k. Satyanarayana a person without knowledge and mannerism is absurd. If he was not educated he would not have been a professor for neuro surgery and he would not have been declared a doctor by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and he would not have got his registration as a doctor. After my treatment we have recommended many people to meet Dr.k. Satyanarana for various neuro problems who were satisfactorily guided and treated who are also witness about his capability. When I was in critical condition the doctors of Apollo hospital gave up hope but Dr. Satyanarayana took up my case and gave me a second life, he's just the best doctor I have ever met. Last but not the least as far as the hospital charges and other diagonistic charges are quite reasonable.
