Vijetha Supermarket - KPHB 6th Phase

All the required essentials are available there. There are offers in fruits and vegetables on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Just want to give a suggestion about the products which contain so many harsh chemicals. May be you can't remove all those products but atleast add some very good alternatives (for reference you can see fittuber YouTube channel). If this happens then it's a very good step towards progressive India.

2 billing counters open, rest 4 are closed. They need to understand that people does not feel safe waiting near the billing counters for longer time and need to understand the customer's urgency/safety.

Nice place to buy groceries. No discounts like DMRT, Reliance Fresh, But ok for quick shopping.

Such a big shot they have they will not accept amex cards, The worst customer service at billing counter they will have 3 or 4 counters still they ope only one and very slow billing, cheap bar code readers which dose not work all the time,

Too pricey, better get groceries from D-Mart, Veggies & fruits from Polimeras or Pure-O- Natural.

Most visited store of this area. All my monthly needs are fulfilled. A real resemblance of 20 years of VIJETHA

Worst staff they don't answer you properly and the billing staff they are the worst of the worst they feel like as if they are the owners they were so rude. I gave her my card for payment and she took it then started talking and having fun completely ignoring me for 10 minutes until asked them for my billing and the person she looks at me like i was disturbing them as if they are in a business meeting and says don't you have cash. I had similar kind of issues with the staff every time i visited this week i am not going there any more. (KPHB 6th Phase)

Vijetha is one of the largest chain of super markets. They usually open at around 7am and closes at 10pm. Only drawback with Vijetha super market is that it takes lot of time for billing. I don't see that much delay in billing. They need to improve in the billing process.

Giving bcoz it won't allow to post without a single one.

Bad management. They will keep offers on products and you won't get the same while billing. If we check and ask them they will say mislabelled. Then what for manager/ supervisor of?

If we question supervisor he will escapes by saying "we will update offers only on monthly basis upto then labels remains same".
If the offer product is out of stock then y u mix the offer label with other products where the same label not applies.

Finally poor management of stores. These actions may attract customers but definitely loose faith.
Though these issues are with every stores but supervisor behaviour must be polite.
This becoz he thought that its only supermarket there in kphb.

It is a good place to get all the grocery items. But there is no discount, as we can get same items of same quality at a cheaper price in dmart.the price difference from dmart to vijetha is some times very high. Like if we want to buy a face wash on vijetha it is 60.then in dmar we can get it for 50 or less. Better go for dmart.
