Worst hospital reception staff. They give appointment and keep waiting patient for over 2 hours. Very unprofessional
and insensitive management. Need some trained people to scheduled appointments and follow the same timeline. To be avoided this hospital.

For me this hospital was a life savior. 4 yrs ago i suffered with dengue and the kind of treatment n reviews by Vikram team is appreciated. I thank the housekeeping, ward boy, receptionist, nurse, Dr's the entire team was helpful n did there job.today after 4 yrs unfortunately had been here for my friend n it was emergency case.unlike other hospitals they dint ask to fill form, sign, pay fee nothing they first rushed to emergency ward and as experienced treatment was superb.so whole heartedly thanks to Vikram team.and this is my geniuen feedback n word of thanks.n yes I was glad to see that most of them were old staff mem who were available 4 yrs ago.

My nephew got admitted for Dengue last week. Doctors were very assertive and confident with the treatment and explained the treatment very clearly. Doctor treated him very well and followed up diligently.
1) Very good doctors
2) Clean and neat rooms
3) Good and attentive care by nurses.
4) Good lab facilities
5) Good administration

Worst experience ever. Doctor was lazy. He just prescribed random medicines and sent me out without even looking into my problem.

About dr.prema Latha worst experience ever I'm a 18 year old she gave high progesterone level medicine because that which I suffered horibally during periods she never addressed my problems properly and she is so rude

I strongly recommend not to go to here. The basic thing that I don't understand is why doctor writing medication just like that. Below are few basic things that will happen any Hospital from small village clinic to the big hospitals like Apollo.
1. They are not using stethoscope to check irregular heartbeats.
2. And they are not posing any questions to the patient.
3. They are checking SPO2 levels using very low accurate 2k rupees online product. Now a days, even in villages they are High quality machines for this. #lootingMoney

Available at any time like emergency (24 hours) especially Doctor Sushma Madam is good and treated patients like thier own family members

Worst experience. I was advised to take an injection for which I called them. After sending the prescription to them via WhatsApp they agreed to give me the injection. But when I reached there, the sister was very rude. She told me that they were doing favour on me. On duty dmo was a worst doctor She shouted at me and told me to go to some other place. When I revealed that I am a doctor, they were still very rude. All staff was very unhappy and uncooperative. Noone should visit them

Had an amazing dental service. I went to get my wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Gunaranjan anil Kumar done the treatment painless. I really appreciate his work.will definitely recommend for dental treatment.

I visited vikram hospital for my dental treatment i got treatment from Gunaranjan sir he was so kind hearted man i have got the best treatment here. He was amazing can’t even explain in words.

Good and affordable hospital for emergency solutions. Has been my go-to hospital for 5 years now and it has always provided with nice facilities at good rates unlike the other hospital mafias I don't like to name

Very Bad Experience when we went for Covid test. Covid testing nurse has a lot of attitude and so rude. No proper billing is provided and for every question she provided very very rude answers. Will never visit this hospital.

Doctors and staff here gives you very good fast and accurate diagnosis. The hygiene of the hospital is also very good and they keep maintain it throughout the day.

Dr. G. Premalatha is not a friendly doctor. She is always very angry and doesn’t take her time to explain anything. Pregnant women will have a lot of questions and she will not address them nor talk in a smooth way. The management is also not good. We have changed hospitals due to this. We do not recommend going to Vikram Hospitals.

Plz don't visit or services from this vikram hospital. Nothing is going good here, everything is mafiya and cheating the people

The worst experience. These people are looting money like anything.
For rapid antigen testing, they are collecting 1000rs and even more they are NOT accepting cards or upi payments. Very bad service, and telling if you want to do test do it or otherwise go out. WORST SERVICE I ever experienced.

The RT-PCR test showed false negative, when i tested again i got the positive result, waste of money

We went to take covid vaccine it was organised by my company process was smoth and we got the vaccine

Hospital is good but the front office staffs are worst, they have no respect towards the clients, only card and cash accepted. Such a big hospital n no such facility. I will not recommend anyone.

Heavy charges even for minor treatments. Better to visit big corporate hospitals instead of this.

Hate this place cuz the person couldn't speak English and I wanted to get an xray done fore my broken bone but he decided to call me names, bad mouthed me and threatened me.
I suggest you to get better people who are eligible to work at a hospital cuz the staff is badly managed and not people are not qualified to treat patients, very disappointed cuz I really needed help and this person could only make it worse

For my mother we visited Dr. Premalatha Mam Gynecologist. Doctor was so cool and very explanative about the problem. I highly recommend this Doctor.

One of the worst hospitals. The doctors here are very very irresponsible and sarcastic. They have no respect towards patients and I would highly not recommended this stupid hospital.

I had a worst experience. I don't think this is an hospital.not even a clinic.they maintain crowd with single doctor and keeps patients wait for hours without any information.

Immature doctors. They don't know anything, nurses are telling what doctor should do. It's like you went to a baba and assistant telling how much money to grab. It really sucks. Have to wait for long time. Even though they don't respond properly. And they don't have proper timings. Clinic is much better which does have enough knowledge to treat how.

If you go with normal fever to this hospital definitely we get dengue or other to much mosquitos? Even if we ask keep coils to avoid reception behaviour too rude in.

The consulting young doctors are good. The founder herself is a doctor here and is a nightmare to deal with.
I got admitted with Dengue and my mom got bit by a mosquito in my room. We complained several times about mosquito problem before. Yet nothing was done and no explanations or answers were given. After the bite we went and bought hit and sprayed it in our room. Now she comes and creates hell and says we are making big issue out of it. A few nurses are so hard to deal. Better just not get admitted if not absolutely necessary. Don't know if my treatment was different because I am from north.

Worst experience. Which doctor prescribes medicine without antibiotic for fever above 100 F°? They charged atound 500rs for consultation and for 2 injections and the person in medical shop has zero knowledge abt medicines be careful and check medicines before leaving as he is bluffing and giving less medicines.

Lab technician is too rude. He doesn't have sense of seriousness. He makes patients wait for longer hours for simple tests even when there is no crowd.

Don't prefer this hospital especially at night as the doctors seem to be inexperienced. Staff is too rude. Government hospital or an RMP clinic is better than this in terms of hospitality and treatment.

We just want our illness to be cured and need to focus on that. So taking that point into consideration, doctor (Sandhya) was very friendly and helped to recover my illness.
