Worst experience I ever had. The male receptionist cum assistant/lab incharge is rude, lacks basic empathy/respect towards the patients. He doesn't respond to the queries gently, gets frustrated easily, shows up his arrogance and talks like an unprofessional.

Doctor is Good. But his assistant is pathetic. Most reckless fellow, i have ever seen in any hospital. Worst part is, he performs the ECG test in less than a minute time. He doesn't have minimum patience. He neither respects his job nor patients. He is enough to spoil the clinic reputation.

Dr Naveen is Good cardiologist and I took my Grandma to the hospital and Naveen gave good explanation to us.

But staff is not good. Especially male assistant/receptionist. When I ask him about the tablet prescription he was bit arrogant and responded aggressively to me. This kind of attitude damage the hospital reputation. He should have patience
