My complaint regarding worst customer service and using non branded products at your service center in Telangana, Karimnagar.

Mr Naveen and His Senior providing Worst customer service, and very poor response.

They are installing Non company Products Duplicate product are using.

Lava And Honor company name will be spoiled.

Engineer damaged my mobile hand set in the name of repairing.
Now they are saying can't do anything.

It was too pathetic repairing compared to road side repairing centers.

People will not prefer to refer such service centre, action against them need to be taken to protect company name.

In two lines:
Worst service, instead of repair they literally damaged my mobile.

Multiple business& residential complex. Near raju tea stall. Parking space is little bit.

It is heavily crowded and the roads are not dry ; they are Slippy now on 4 Sep 2021 but alll the things will be available in that place

It's an commercial complex and there is no parking area but there will be little space car and its very chaotic and many goods transport mini trucks will be present all the time

It's a building near raju tea stall, in first we can see many different company mobile service centres

They don't even lift the calls of customers. I have ordered charger one week back and there is no response from the management. Not at all Customer friendly
