The staff are very cordial and explained everything in detail in testing, selection of glasses and reports. Besides my vision I appreciate the staff vision in vision express.

I have used the vision express product for quite some time now. And earlier I have used Titan eye plus etc spects. So, I can compare well and give review. Vision express advertise saying one plus one free. But the cost of one spects they charge more than Rs 9000. Where as with the same features they advised, we can get it for 4k-5k at other shops. After spending that much amount of money, at least I was expecting the quality. But that is also horrible. And the common response we get, when we complain is, we should use it properly.

Over priced for the items. They claim that their lens quality can be compared to Crizal and other standard and popular brands but they don't even come close to it. Rather go to a store and insist on the standard brands. After sales service- The frame comes out loose: "The technician is not available now come later" is the first response. "Heavy scratches after mild use. - "It's your fault you did not use it in the prescribed way".

So considering all the above why bother to go to an overly priced cheap product store.
