Not at all happy with the service, delivery duration and pricing.

I bought 6 frames and 4 pairs of lenses so far.

For every new lens and frame, delivery duration is 7 to 8 working days. Just a frame change 4 to 5 working days.

The staff/team is trained in such a way that, you will never get any warranty coverage, no repair possible, so that you buy a new one. They make sure, you buy the highly priced merchandise.

Recent visit, it's purely manufacturing issue of titanium frame, and not relating to any mishandling. But it's just 15 months, so no warranty is covered. Had to buy a new frame. After 4 days, team said, it takes another 1 to 2 days, as the earlier fixing is done through adhesive. Even the earlier frame and lenses are from them only. My question or concern is, how come they come to know after 4 days about this adhesive issue. That means, they just opened it after 4 days and informed me about 2 more days time. Just imagine, if I don't have an alternative spectacles, I've to live without proper vision for 5 to 6 days fora frame change.

Very happy with the experience we had here. We ordered multiple pairs of glasses for different members of our family and each one of us had a satisfactory experience. The frames were of a much better quality than what we found in lenskart. The staff is quite helpful and knowledgeable. Recommed to anyone who is looking for a good bang for their buck and not just going for the most budget option in Hyderabd.

Very helpful and cooperative staff. The quality of Lens are excellent. They have Eye Test machine. You can retest your eyes in case before ordering the lenses with the staff/optometrist. If someone is facing any Eye Glare ness issues they can use the Green Tinted Lens which is available at Vision Express. Green tinted lens filters some blue light and reduce glare. It has high contrast and visual sharpness. Green tinted glass also tends to reduce eyestrain in bright light.
