Not as expected, the room too compact, I stayed with a much lower rate at Bangalore Vivanta where the rooms were so big, they provided me with a deluxe suite. It could be better.

The hotel is located very conveniently within walking distance of Begumpet metro station. The property is well furnished and has a good ambiance. As it is a bit old, the room might be a bit banged up but nothing that would bother anyone a lot.

Everything else aside, if you ever choose this hotel, choose it for its staff. They are extremely hardworking and diligent. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction and experience. They made the entire stay pleasant and relaxing for me. Special mentions to Malay, Sundar, Komal, and all the restaurant staff.

They have a fully functional gym, spa, pool, and two restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel has an old world charm to it. Fantastic location and an efficient Front Desk makes check in and check out easy & hassle free. The bar is a pretty laid back kinda place but has an energetic & extremely friendly bar tender.

4 star for this 5 star hotel. Reduced one star just because of #1 & #2.1.303 room was having quite a few issues

2.2 guys in the reception were not cordial or helpful. I'm sorry but not able to recall their names (one lady with yellow saree in the reception desk + another bald head person b/w entrance & reception desk). Not using the word arrogant but being senior they have to show the way not try to dismantle the hard earned image of a great brand like Taj. One guy from pantry was harse when we asked plates for in-room eating. Venkatesh was certainly helpful.

3. Shradhha, Bindu, Payal, Yogesh from reception Anirban + Sukhen from dining area, Tarak, Giri, Rakesh, Krishna from house keeping were the best reasons for my happy rating. I'm sorry, I'm not able to recall names of few guys from house keeping. 99% folks were excellent. Room # 309 was a fantastic room, yogesh could help us shift. Taj should hire and promote these folks.

Will definitely share my feedback with people in my close circle. Please work on #2. The senior crew needs to be improved. Attitude issue in the service industry will push us down in the competition. Kindly take care

Good 5 star Hotel. With all amenities.but they didn't keep all varieties of non veg food for Doctors CME.

Absolutely bliss to stay. For business purpose, the location is bang on. The services are great. The food spread was excellent.

Worth the experience for couple, the economical among its peers like Taj Krishna and other similar hotels. Assistance is excellent. Food is good variety, especially the European cuisines. Pool there but was cold water, so had to shrill for a while. Would love to go once more!

Had some issues earlier with room, but I WAS AMAZED with the hospitality of the staff. All members are so friendly and proactive to fix any issue.

We were there for four days with my two children.my second child is 20months old.dining department were too good especially Mr.zaki and subhan helped me.i am very happy with the stay

Lighting in room is very dull. Due to that you don't feel welcomed in room.

It's very difficult to work on your laptop with that lighting.

Washroom is small, bath area could have been little bigger

Location was amazing. Very close to Paradise, Begumpet. The room was great, no complaints. 603 had a decent view. Swimming pool and gym facilities were actually good. Room service was prompt. The food was ok for its price. Nothing great about it. Overall a decent 4-star stay.

Taj is taj. Best service in India. Rooms are decent. Excellent location at Begumpet near all important things. Don't forget to try new zealand mutton chops.

Excellent hotel and good facilities in the room. In spite of 5star property, Room rates were cheaper but the food prices were luxurious. Superb staff behavior and courteous too. Food taste was really nice as well.

Very poor ambience, no space between the sitting arrangement, also the service is very poor and staff is also rude. Menu card is printed in paper is this something expected from Vivanta? I had visited other Vivanta of other cities and this one was highly disappointed. WASTE OF MONEY! Instead of enjoying, it spoiled all my mood and evening.

The 5-Stars are only for the Room & the service attitude of the people.

We were staying at this property to recuperate from a long drive as well as celebrate 'Raksha Bandhan' with my BIL (Khushal Ketavarapu).

The rooms (921 & 923), service attitude, and amenities were excellent. We spent an evening poolside, where Rajkumar and Mallesh took care of us very well. Food that we had from the Bar Kitchen/Grill was AWESOME.

I was a little disappointed by the buffet Breakfast and the buffet Lunch at the restaurant in the ground floor. Though the kids working the tables were wonderful (Tanmay, & others.) - great service attitude & always ready to help with a smile.

But the food was below par (when. I'll give you a couple of examples. In bfast the Idly was cold, chutneys were bland & tasteless. The curd was sour & acidic. During lunch, there was no green chutney with North Indian starters (though after asking twice, we got some served at the table), no ladel to serve Dal Makhani (waited for 20+ mins) finally served at the table. The curd rice was sour (looked like the morning curd was used to make it). The desserts did not have a eggless pastry item whereas you had 4 options of pastry/pie with egg. The phulkas were wonderful and the veg kofta was very tasty. But the kadi pakoda (pakodas were very dry) and paneer (curry tasted of raw onion paste, not cooked enough) were below par. You were serving strawberry milkshake in lunch, no freshlime soda, no non-alcoholic drinks with the buffet lunch?

I can go on & on, but the point is. When you charge 2K+taxes for a buffet, you should serve accordingly. Honestly, I've had much buffet Lunch/Brunch at a much lesser price which were much satisfying than this.

Expectations are high when patrons visit Taj properties especially the 'Vivanta' brand.

I have been here for My sister wedding we have travelled so long but the staff were not much generously helpful nor having a pleasing gesture they kept me standing in the lobby for about 20 min to get confirmation they didn't even asked me to take a seat but any how my uncle gave confirmation for the same.when I called him on my phone. I reached to the restaurant early in the morning 10: 15 am to have a la carte tea but they even make it too late and I was so hungry at last waiting for about 30 min I got my order I have that and paid the cheque and attended my sister wedding in the same hotel banquet the staff were very less and couldn't helpful things were gone slow many disordered sequence of buffet lunch totally fedoff with the service. I got headache didn't expected this from a legacy branded 5 star hotel and the entire hotel staff and management failed to maintain the royalty and the legacy of "TAJ VIVANTHA " soo dissatisfied with the hospitality. Mr. T. P sreejith failed in maintaining the royalty of the TAJ.hope u guys take my note seriously

Check in and checkout was quick. I must appreciate the staff ambience, very polite, good staff, quick response of room service. We three family booked one room just for one day stay. They gave us complimentary extra bed arranged early morning breakfast by 6: 30am to our elders. That made me feel so generous of staff.specially Ms. Dilpreet thanks to you. Am sure we will opt vivanta next time.

I usually visit this place to conduct business meetings. It’s quiet and the service is wonderful. Viva is perfect venue for both breakfast or over the coffee meetings.

The name is only there.the food is very average.you can get better buffets at bb nation and ABS.there was no mutton items.also in this summer no cold drinks, mocktails single item was present.the spread of item was very less.wouldn't recommend for a buffets.taste of the items was also very avg

Attended business meeting today. Its clean, hygiene and very well maintained. The break
Fast served is very bad. Cantaloupe, Pineapple and Croissant were blessing today.

It's a great hotel. Situated on a very busy highway. Can't do anything immediately outside the hotel. Some of the management could do with training on hospitality. Great buffet but simple hygiene needs attention.

Not a Taj property you would want to stay.
Be it guest service, room quality or even restaurant options. There is a Thai restaurant, which is a good one.
For a moment, I thought this was a franchise.though I know Taj doesn’t work on this model
Importantly, Tajness was lacking

This is a nice, if not a little tired looking, hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are extremely helpful. We also held an event here and the staff helped to make it an absolute success. The event food was excellent. The bar is also really good, breakfast choice is great, we didn't get to eat at the restaurant.

What more can you ask for a Class level service. I am quite impressed by its standard. The smile among the staff for you will feel genuine and welcoming. Treat them well and they will treat you even better.

Very nice place to spend your special moments. Thanks to Mr. Sangay for making us feel so special. We had a candle light dinner here. It was so special near the pool side. Mr. Sangay was very proactive and has arranged everything properly including the flowers and bouquet.

I really love this hotel since 2013, when I first got there. Service is good, and apart from this, you have all day dining menu, sparring the Asian menu and Indian Tandoor menu, which can be looked into during normal lunch and dinner hours. The À La Carte menu comes with so many delicacies in Multi-cuisine format. Everything makes its Restaurant Viva the best to visit round the clock.

The bread basket served with very un hygiene and when we questioned the staff haven't felt sorry too
Food not warm and no taste at all rice is too hard
Ice cream is part of buffet it seems though they had charged of 2250 per pax some of their staff advising us to order separately for ice cream

The Grill is one of my favourite places to dine. The location of the property is quite central and easily accessible. The rooms are well furnished and backed with good service. You have a spa, gym and pool available.

Good place to stay in mid town. Near to old airport near to secindrabad and hyderabad railway stations. Room tariff and facilities excellent. Overusing Hyderabad metro near to prakash navarre station

Must visit place especially if you are in Begumpet and thereabouts. The staff there are awesome right from the main gate.

Had dinner at 2nd floor near pool. The restaurant name was Grills. Food was good. Ambience was average.

Vivanta, Begumpet is run by the Taj group. It's a 5 star rated hotel. Good for hosting parties, conference etc. I was here for a birthday party and the food served was also quite good. Although look wise it's not as royal as compared to the Krishna or Taj Banjara.

The check-in took some time as there was a queue and not enough staff to man the rush. But once the check-in was done, the rooms were really nice and cosy. The overall structure of the rooms were nice. The washroom could have been better with a nice tub placed. The room lighting was pretty and the room service was accurate and quick. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the filer coffee is a must try. Taj Vivanta is a chic place to visit during professional trips as it's fast and located very centrally to the city.

For a Taj group, expectations are always normally high. But this was disappointing, that's calling the least. Tried three times, always assuming the previous experience was an accidental experience or mistake. But, hell no, wouldn't recommend as it isn't worth the price. I could have considered it to be tried if the prices for its food was 75% lesser.

It's a 5star property by Taj franchise. They are try to maintain same as brand reputation. The hotel situated opposite of Hyderabad Public School. Maintaining the cleanliness and staff are good and polite. Pool and gym are very good condition and well maintained.

Very pleasant staff. There was no temporary cloak room or area to keep my baggage however. The staff were clueless too. Regardless, their hall is beautiful and quite adaptable to any occasion or event. Food was not too great, however. Their chocolate brownie was unexpectedly wet and not worth the taste.

Great ambience. Great food. Great view. What more can a person ask for in a hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near the center of the city.

Good environment inside. Parking problem, food is good, business conference halls are good. Sound system is to improve
