The hospital does not give GST bills. Dunno how come officials does not care about such non GST receipts.

All is well with the technicians. They shared photos of my reports promptly but lost my original reports when came to collect. Reception made me wait a very long time before giving the bad news that they couldn't locate the reports.

I Came here for My wife Tiffa scan, we satisfied with Radiology medam and receptionist staffs so polite and Good Communication, Finally Good experience with Vivid Diagnostics.

Visited for CT scan and found Worst servicefrom hem, had to wait for 1hr 30 min for scan. No staff, no nurse to give injection, have to go to another place for injection before scan, not at all recommended.

No Lab techinican available till 9 am in the morning but without any informtion these guys takae money and keep us wait. Never visit for any blood tests. Better to visit near tesla diagnosticks

Very poor service. I went for ultrasound for my wife. They booked some other test which was not prescribed by the doctor. They made us to sit for more than an hour sending other patients came later.

Very bad experience at vivid chandanagar, instead of taking my neck xray (cervical xray) they have taken lumbar x-ray and they are saying they got confused between l-spine and c-spine when i asked about it the receptionist or some administrator at first floor started shouting on me. She started bringing religion in between.vivid please answer are your staff even educated? They dont even know how to behave with patients.she was morever saying we came at 9pm so this is service i deserve from them.vivid diagnostic requesting for refund from u didnot expect this type of service

Worst experience, we went for a test and they took the amount for the test and after that they told doctor is not available "you can come tomorrow" and the next day they told we cannot give the report"you can come after 10 days" I have never seen such a kind of behaviour

Very good staff, hygiene maintenance, excellent receiving, trust worthy, especially Dr. Swetha garu. Very cool. People in first floor reception were too co-operative.
