This is my first time ever coming here for dermatology related treatment, the doctors Jyothi and Tripura are really great. The services are good too. I really loved the timely follow-ups by Mounika at Hi-Tech city branch.

It is the best place for the treatment the staff is fully professional and environment is friendly one must visit to get better results

I visited VLCC Hi Tech Kondapur branch. My experience was very bad. I am really disappointed with VLCC this time. It totally spoil my mood. I went there for Hair Spa. The lady who attended me she was somewhere around 55+ years old. She gave me worst hair massage. The way she was smashing my head i was worried about my scalp. As the brand stands for quality and satisfaction, i am not at all satisfied this time. I have wasted Rs 1770. Very bad experience. I didnt expect this from VLCC.i suggest, VLCC should hire the well professional staff for hair services.

Aliya is my therapist and she is best at her work, I see good results when I visit them. Bindu gives good tips on diet plans.
It was a good journey so far, hope I can achieve my desired weight and shape soon

Worst service
The lady who was doing clean up had weird obsession with pimples
She used blackheads tool to poke my pimples and acne
Due to this i had multiple marks on my face

When enquired yesterday in person they said 1000 Rs plus gst or fruit facial. Today before doing facial also they said 1000 Rs plus gst but while billing on staff Salma's interruption they charged me 1600 plus gst which I felt is very unfair cheating by a brand in Hyderabad.

When I came and verified in internet it is also showing VLCC is having offers and for fruit facial it is Rs1015 + gst as against original charges till April 2023.

In total they took from 2029 Rs for fruit facial, threading and forehead which is not correct amount but extra amount collected.

This must be stopped and VLCC should be refunding the extra amount collected back to my card,

I have taken full body laser package for my wife cansee very good results in 3 sessions only. THANKS TO vlcc hitech city

Worst hair cutting, in my life first time I saw professional hair cut without wetting hair. He was cutting my hair like randomly like if left side is little lengthy then cut the left side, if right side then right finally he spoiled my hair style. He used one small scissor and one comb thats all no styling, nothing.
I felt like I would have been done myself compare to worst VLCC.
If you want to waste money and if you want to spoil hairstyle just go here

Very bad service. One hairdresser chopped my bang straight. No angle, no sizing according to my face. Just held it between fingers and cut it straight which is ugly. You can sit in the salon with all the dust, insects and bugs from outside because they open the doors wide open and turn off the AC.

When ever I loose hope VLCC does miracle. Recently I have done Kerasmoothning from here with hair cut. Chirag has done a great job. Thank you Chirag and VLCC

This hitech City centre is yuck.
They believe their own offers, never believe on VLCC combine offers from main centre.
They lie and befool customers.
I visited this centre with offer and they denied mentioning that we can't accept this offer.

Went for Kerafusion treatment at vlcc kondapur and it's awesome. Experience was very good and staff is very friendly. Milan is highly professional and did a great job.

From past 4 years I Have been a regular customer of VLCC Kondapur. No doubt the service is good. But every time you visit they will pressurise you to buy the yearly packages, offers. Which is very annoying and irritating. Thats the only reason i have stopped going to this salon now and have looked for other options.

I got all my service done from Geeta.and she is so perfect in her job. She is calm and polite and also has amazing speed in waxing. Love to get the service done from Vlcc exclusively from Geeta.
I suggest VLCC to be little flexible with their terms and conditions.

The care was good and availability of herbal products is limited. Service is good and ambience is well. Parking is provided.

Visited the place for a Keratin hair treatment (through nearbuy coupon). The appointment was smooth.reception staff was good.it was a 2 day process. First day they apply the keratin mask, straight iron the hair n let you go. Second day you need to come for another round of wash n straight iron.
I was attended to initially by Maniram and day 2 by Milan. Both did a great job with the process.

However, would only know the longevity of the treatment after a couple of washes.

Only con here is they push you too hard to give a review immediately! Thats kind of not welcomed.
Overall a good experience.

Service was good for Facial & Hair cut. Inspite of taking appointment.had to wait atleast 30 minutes for every service I had.

Also the results till now are great.

I'm undergoing laser hair removal treatment here staff are understandable helps out in any way possible to make the sessions better.
Results are way better compared to my previous hair growth. Skin is more softer at my chin as hair growth reduced and became thin and soft. There is no complete reduction in hair growth but overall good experience

I went for haircut, Milind gave the best look to me. And also Sweeta was superb at shaping eyebrows.

Have been a long time customer. Services from Geetha and maniram are good. They are focused and polite and excellent at their work.

Guys if you don’t want to waste your money, time pls don’t visit this place.this place looks messy n nobody cares why a customer has come there. 3-4 staff persons will come to u n asks which service u want and they just vanish n keeps us waiting for a long time.
I had a very bad experience, I was there for my hair spa n hair cut. I asked for V cut that guy cut all my long hair without any shape to it but claims to be saying it as U. And the hair spa made didn’t gave me any results infact my hair turned greasy n flat.with the actions of that guy I can say he doesn’t seem like a hairdresser or a trained professional! Worthless salon wasted my money n time.and if u seriously care yourself to get pampered then pls don’t visit.its more of a fish market everyone talks very loud n stupid discussions near the customers.

They are good at only one thing luring people with there low rates. And as fool I am the one who got caught in this. They are really good till the moment you pay for a package. I bought a full body 6 session laser package with them. After few sittings they won't give me appointment for months. After getting frustrating experience I asked them to shift my package to Kukatpally branch. After fighting a lot of times they said, they shifted my package but actually they didn't. Everytime after that I had to go through fight for taking appointment even at Kukatpally. Atleast Kukatpally branch manager was little supportive to give me my remaining sitting which as per their records were 2, which by the way was more than that. In hi-tech branch they gave me 4 sessions on legs and arms, 3 for underarms and 2 on rest of the body. In the end they counted everything as 4. Never gonna buy any package with VLCC for sure.

I have used the VLCC Slimming Program from their Hitech City outlet. Neelima mam has been a great guide for explaining the various diet plans, exercise regimes, need of healthy food, etc. She also helped me get a good deal with the weight loss and other packages that I consumed. Sudhakar and Maniram are very good therapists and helped me lose around 15kgs of weight. Both of them have also given me the required body therapies that I had opted for. It was a great experience with the VLCC Hitech City team. I will recommend people to use VLCC Hitech City for slimming and beauty services.
