My first visit here & the very first thing that I liked was the courteousness by which I was met with by Halima & her assistant. The products seemed very good & I felt confident about their service.
The service is very good. The employees are very humble, welcoming and patience. I felt very comfortable and look so beautiful when I wear a wigs which taken from here. But little disappointment regarding cost of the wigs. Thank you.
I’ve had a really pleasant experience with the wonderful Wig-o-mania company. I was so nervous about the thought of needing a wig, but from the minute I spoke to Ayesha I was put at ease! She is so passionate and Knowledgeable! I had been to the Hyderabad branch last year, Kalpana and her team helped me pick the most suitable hairpiece that looks identical to my real hair so I am able to feel confident. Being able to learn how to wash and style my wig was helpful.
I live aboard and had a problem with the frontal part of the wig, Ayesha got it fixed in a super quick time with no additional charges.

While selling, the manager behaved so well with extra care for my grandmother. I was shocked to see the way she flipped when we went for the "FREE" servicing of the "REAL" hair wig we were given as it had damaged in a bad way.
Pathetic is the word for the manager's behaviour who flips so bad enjoying the blame game.

But it’s the time for them to wake up and it’s not sufficient for them to watch on cc cameras when they are away from store but to check about ur staff moments what they are doing and how they r behaving with customers
Wigomania was great at ensuring and respecting my satisfaction when I wasn't completely happy with the hair piece I got from them on 25th May. They returned my money and took the complaint seriously about the faulty hair piece. Kudos to the team who took their time to get to the root of the issue (no pun intended).
They need to agree that feedback is never positive or negative, and constructive feedback only helps them get better. While they excel at customer satisfaction, here are a few places they could grow:
1. I would've loved if their leaders knew how to handle feedback. One doesn't always give 5 stars, and a negative review doesn't always speak of incompetence of the management. It's surprising how they boasted about 100s of 5 star reviews earlier on the comment - doesn't this ring alarm bells? My previous review sparked attention at all levels, and WhatsApp chats super early in the morning from Aysha! While this level of passion for satisfaction is great - where does one draw the line?
2. The quality of the hair piece is questionable. I've had 3 different hair dressers tell me that it was not completely human hair - but a mix of synthetic and human hair. It's actually funny that one of these hair dressers was actually one I met at Wigomania. Who actually took my phone number at the studio while he removed the tangles. Only to tell me this later, as it was his last working day there.
All in all, if you are looking for a hair system from them - take your time and ask your questions. They have pretty good systems of reasonable quality that balances cost of production and durability.
I have female androgenetic alopecia. I went to wigomania reading reviews, very hopeful that I would find some solution. Sadly, I came back thoroughly disappointed. The disappointment comes not just from the very limited availability of hair pieces but the ambience and the extremely poor service at the store.
Yesterday in the sweltering Hyderabad heat, I walk into a dark (very little lighting and no AC), gloomy and stale place called wigomania. There were around 3 women and 1 guy chatting. One of them approached me but with least interest in what I wanted. How do I know that- well for starters she had no interest in exploring my needs or my budget. She responded very restrictively to whatever I asked. It was almost like responding to a Multiple choice question. I got the vibe yet started to explore options.
The wigs on display were the only wigs available. By the condition of it, they looked unkept, rather excavated. I immediately lost any motivation to try them out. Luckily a centre piece got my attention and I by mistake asked its price. This salesgirl struggled to remember (or manipulate by the looks of it) the price for some really long time and finally told me that it was 20k. I was shocked as I have found MUCH better quality centre pieces for less that half its price.
Overall, a very poor collection (quality and range), poorer attitude of the staff, horrible ambience and way too overpriced. Can get all of this better in other places in Hyderabad.
I visited wig o mania with a lot of chaos for my hair problem and in dire need of a solution. On the first day of my visit, i did not had a clear idea of which Patch to buy so i just tried the Patch. I revisited the store with my daughter and then i purchased a Pacth. Though Rosy thought me on how to keep and blend the Patch, i was not sure and confident on keeping the wig by myself.so again I visited the store 3rd time, and got the consultation on blending and using the Patch properly. During all my 3 visits, I have observed very clearly that staff did not hesitate to warmly welcome and treat us well. Out of all these things, I must seriously appreciate a person and that is ROSY. No matter how many times I asked her about the Patch and blending, She helped me in finding the right Patch and showed me all varied wig blending techniques. I heartily thank her for her constant cheerful service and her patience, dedication and she has that heart and zeal of helping people.she is the one who will understand the need of the customer and come up with the best solution. Very great job dear Rosy.she can turn any pathetic situation into something beautiful.she brought that smile back. Wig o mania has wide variety of products to choose from. I am very much satisfied with the product. Thank you once again for your efforts in making people happy.
Great care, support and Impeccable quality. Hair system i had here is great and simple to maintain than expected. Really Appreciate the care taken by Mishra, Sai and Rosy. Ambiance and environment is very friendly. Should be ur first choice if you are looking for hair systems.
