Reliable place for eye related medications n surgery. People at reception receives guests very politely, gets done with formalities with proper guidance from the step in till step out from there along with consulting doctor, taking medicines everything. Doctor also takes good care of guests, examines thoroughly on the issue n suggests proper medicine. Medicines are also of moderate cost here.

This is review no 3: 1 year post surgery -
we visited for cataract operation on second eye for my mother on March 17 2023. The Dr. Mr. Raghavendra Reddy was as friendly as the 1st time when we visited him a year ago. We chose Win Vision for second time as we felt comfortable with how Dr. Raghavendra Reddy interacted, gave assurance and his best suggestions. Doctors like him are the main reason why a patient would prefer a specific hospital along with the facilities that are provided.

On the day of surgery my mother had high Bp and surgery had to be delayed for more than an hour. The staff in Begumpet branch and Dr. Raghavendra Reddy did not loose their cool and patiently waited and followed up until it was okay to proceed with the surgery.

Also, thanks to the counceller Mrs. Anuradha who provided her support and explained the process from day 1 till day of surgery.

So, here is how I rate my experience here in A.s. Rao nagar branch of Win Vision eye hospitals. My mother developed cataract symptoms and I was worried on which hospital to opt for during this pandemic. I zeroed in on win vison looking at the ratings. I booked an online appointment and visited the hospital with lots of queations in my mind. As soon as I entered the building a member of the staff from front desk greeted us and checked the temperature, spo2 levels, covid history details in their logs. After he confirmed the details we waited for 2 minutes in the lobby and another staff member guided us to the billing counter for the consultation fee. Once I paid that, a technician checked the eyes with the equipment in one I their checkup rooms and mentioned about the chances of it being a clear case of cataract. We were then taken to next floor where the eye sight was checked and reports were generated. Then we were sent in to the doctor. Mr. Raghavender Reddy did a few checkups and confirmed it being a case of last stage of cataract in the right eye. He explained what happens In those cases and gave us options of surgery. The doc is very friendly and speaks your language hindi/ English/Telugu to communcjcate the details easily and to make the patient comfortable. We opted for femto Phaco treatment that was available in one of the other branches in begumpet and doctor agreed that he would be performing the surgery there once we were ready. He explained what to expect and the healing time right after he performed the surgery. He is cool!
We got referred to that branch for some of the scans and lab investigations. The staff and doctor here deserve 5/5 for their approach, humbleness and the way they treat their patients. I would give the team and doc 5/5 on all parameters and the win vision another 5/5. Thanks to everyone who made this surgery a success and My mother can now finally relax and enjoy as she has her vision fully restored.

My Father was unable to see due to cataract and wanted to get it corrected. Since I was out of India, I did some research and found good reviews for Win Vision.
I read through the reviews and felt confident and mentioned the same to my dad, after which he agreed to visit Win Vision for a consultation.
Upon arriving at Win Vison (A. S Rao Nagar), my father was well received by Anuradha and was briefed about the operation procedure in detail which gave him immense confidence to go forward with the operation.
Anuradha also helped us get the insurance cover approved and scheduled the operation in March. The operation was carried out successfully by Dr. Raghavender Reddy, which took hardly 10-15 mins.
Overall the hospital has good ambience, staff are kind, understanding and courteous. My father was completely satisfied with their service. Later he underwent operation of the other eye in the month of July.

Recently I got my cataract surgery done at Winvision, AS Rao Nagar and number is very less if I rate the value of it.
I salute Dr. Raghavender Reddy, a real hero who explained us very clearly about the surgery to be done with immense experience & a very friendly nature. I am so happy for choosing Winvision and forever it is our first and ultimate choice.

As we all are aware of how hospitals are minting money in these days whereas Winvision is not at all commercial with perfect attention & Great quality of service and value for money. In these pandemic days everywhere sanitized & we feel safe and hygienic with their care and concern, I noticed even Dr. Raghavender Reddy, wipes the equipment before and after every check-up.

In addition, I would like to thank Ms. Anuradha, whom I disturbed many times with lots of doubts, Mr. Surya (another cheerful guy receives with a lovely smile and helps to feel more comfortable) Mr. Sanjeev, Mr. Ashwathama and the whole staff (felt like our family members) right from the door opening boy and a special thanks to Ms. Shanthi, a cool lady, who is caring all the time. I had a consultation for eye allergy and Dr. Sirisha prescribed simple medicine which solved my problem. Staff is very cooperative and the premises are very hygienic and clinic is following strict sanitation protocol.

Win vision eye clinic is best places for any eye issue with latest equipped machinery. The doctors are highly experienced professional and expertise. The Co-helper and Staff members are very cooperative & friendly. Dr. Raghvendera is Very friendly doctor with immense experience & listens to all the problems very patiently. Never rushes with his diagnosis. Also explains his diagnosis lucidly so that the patient understands the issues and the treatment regimen clearly. My parents undergone cataract surgery done by him and they are very healthy and happy. I always remember Dr. Raghvendra as the first choice when I need any eye issue.

Recently, during September 2020, I got my both eyes operated for cataract successfully at Win Vision Hospital, Dr. A S Rao Nagar. A gap of one week was there between the operations.
