My father Prabhakar Rao B underwent cataract surgery yesterday at Winvision Begumpet. Right from reception to the required pre-surgery check up everything was smoothly handled. Insurance handling was great and complete procedure was cashless. Any doubts were promptly rectified. The environment was such that my father was sufficiently relaxed before surgery.
Dr. Prardhana Reddy garu words before surgery were soothing. Say it her magic hands the surgery was over in 15-20 mins. Seeing my father coming out of surgery room smiling was a big relief. I have visited the Win Vision Eye Hospital for operation of cataract for both my eyes. Being a patient with the condition of trigeminal neuralgia of the right side – v1 v2, I was apprehensive about the whole procedure. But the excellent counselling of the hospital Head Dr. Nimmagadda Srilakshmi who is a gifted motivator with excellent client relations, together with her assistant Dr. Abeera Fatima and Counselors Sunitha and Sangeetha, I immediately felt at ease and decided to go ahead with the procedure.

The hospital facility at Begumpet where I went for my treatment is itself a world-class facility with State of the art technology. Some of the features that impressed me are:
Mirror-like cleanliness and adherence to Covid protocols,
Prompt hospitality systems like valet parking, reception, admission protocols,
Good insurance guidance and follow-up,
Excellent technical services; pre-operation tests, operation, post operation guidance and,
Good support systems like pharmacy, patient attendant lounge and canteen.

I can say that right from patient admission to repatriation I did not face any anxiety, or fear or uncertainty. The entire procedure for both my eyes went off ‘like a song’ like my favorite music that was played for me during the entire duration at the Operation Theatre (on 8th Sep & 18th Sep). This is my personal experience and observation.

Hi mam, we have delayed my mother's catract surgery on one eye due to personal reasons. Due to this delay, the white layer was hard and challenging for the surgery. But mam has done a great job and the catract was great successful. The eye sight also reduced more than expected.

I got my ICL surgery done in August by Dr. Sri Lakshmi mam. She is straightforward, sets clear expectations, and is an ace in her field.
