When you book an appointment, the appointment gets confirmed. But when you reach the hospital, the doctor will not be available.only their juniors are available to see the patients. You have to wait for hours and hours even though you have an appointment at a certain time. No matter which time you take the appointment, the doctor will only check as per his time. The worst of service I would say in terms of handling time. You should know that patients time is also valuable and will have other works to do rather than sitting in the hospital day long. And very bad communication internally between their own teams. Going back again to Yashodha after all of this would be the last thing I will do.

Dr Narahari opthomologist, Don't go to this fellow, paying fees to him is useless as
1. He is in busy to send the patient away and not listening to their concerns.
2. Considers other doctors advice as idiots, doesn't reply to patient questions.
3. Managment is worst, everything should be said to them 4-5 times
4. I want to get surgery in yashoda and he is recommending some other hospital, my insurance isn't covered there, may be he gets Good commission there or 50% there. He is recommending surgery out of yashoda, something fishy there.
Conclusion: : Dr Narahari speaks smoothly to mediators to get his surgery and speaks like a 3rd class idiot to patient. BETTER GET 2ND OPINION. TRUSTING HIM IS SOME WHAT DANGEROUS

Worst co-ordination since yesterday onwards waiting for councelling after angiogram. There is no time to update the further steps to patient or attendees from the respected departments.

The service Is worst in my life. Even though I'm working for yashoda and I am a student of yashoda. They maltreated us. Worst part is they don't give a courtesy being a fellow doctor and wantedley deleys our turn and makes us wait. The worst commercial corporate ever. Apart from a little portion of good doctors thier way of treating a fellow doctor is worst.

Excellent doctors but rest of the staff really need customer service and people interaction training even the overall facility needs improvement as blocking most paths literally chokes the few functioning elevators and staircase. Took several hours to admit the patient while running several tests costing huge money. Once admitted no proper communication except by doctors. Most of the Staff behaves as if the are doing a favour and we are in some government facility.

Please DO NOT come here unless there are NO other options.the staff are bit rude.the doctors who visit patients spend max 30 seconds. My father had no clue what is the status.how many days they are going to observe.what tests they are going to perform or why they r performing so many tests.nobody briefs us what is happening.they r busy in making tests after tests without giving rest or break to my father.i am amazed by the crowd in the hospital and curiously spoke to few and stories are bit similar to mine.this will be my definitely in my NO GO list.

Its really tremendous experience with Dr k.s. Kiran (Neuro Surgeon), he is patient's friendly doctor. Recently I visited him for my head and neck pain, he recieved me so nicely and friendly, understood my problem and prescribed very apt madicine. I liked the way he deals with patients, I never see him in hurry or angry with patients. He always smiles and understands the problem and treats the root cause. His Secretory Ravi Garu so dedicated and very caring person. He helped me a lot all the way through my MRI scan and in the process of consulting with doctor.

The staff here is very supportive. Even during the pandemic the hospital was working efficiently and all the procedures were being done. There was restrictions regarding visitors meeting patient but these protocols have enabled them to put minimal risk to the patient.
