Zara has great products but they wasted my time caused inconvenience. When there was an ongoing sale I picked up clothes from the sale section tried them on after waiting in the long queue, it took me 3-4 hours and after that in the billing counter I got to know that 90% of the products were not on sale. I told the billing executive that I picked them up from the sale section but he replied that customers might have kept by mistake. But who knows the reality. There were multiple sizes of the same piece in the sale section, how can customers keep the sizes S- XL in the sale section that too in an arranged way. I request Zara (Nexus Mall Hyd) to improve there communication and service to customers so that the brand image stays intact.

Well known brand, neat ambient atmosphere. The staff were helpful too. But the collections felt lack lustre compared to it's other counterparts. Many of the items felt the same as last year's

Everyone does know that their collection is unique and trendy from seasons, and I like their unique fragrance from tobacco collection

1. Shop is neatly designed clutter free, like all other international Zara's.

2. Sales reps not so enthusiastic, couldn't even hand a clothes bag, had to roam around to locate & get one.

3. Huge accounting error at billing desk, added more amount than purchased, then we calculated & clarified, was resolved.

4. Purchased a tshirt, at billing section price varied, since price tag wasn't updated properly, like seriously ;)

5. Return & exchange were hassle free.

My go-to place in the city for everything fashion!

Quality: You might have issues with the stitchings especially with respect to formal trousers & outfits.
P. S. Wouldn't recommend Zara's innerwear they tend to be worn out quickly and the elastic is bad.

For almost 3 years i didnt entered zara because of their display. Not so impressive dressedup mannequins. But recently i went in and awestruck with their collection.

Good collection. Contemporary designs. Quality products. Well managed and large store. Fast moving inventory. Compared to other countries, the pricing is a bit favorable for India but still on the higher side.

The shop is spacious, have lots of varieties here. The entrance location for the shop is also good. I went here to buy the clothes for my friend but couldn't find the specific clothes she was looking for, so wasted my time there. So that was a bad experience for me.

Sujana mall kukatpalli. I was totally surprised when I visited Zara stores for the first time. The collection was so good that you should have each clothes in your wardrobe. Each item is worth the price tag it has.

Though Zara is my all time favorite brand, I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the shirt i bought of late. Its pathetic. It was ragged and torn just like that in an interview. I felt so ashamed of wearing it and sticking to that brand. I never wanna throw the mud on this brand but i seriously hope they would work on this, if only the product is of poor quality in particular.

Prices are high as compared to other brand but found worth it while Sale. They offer a great sale in January every year.

The customer service is zero. They literally avoid helping you as much as they can. There is no manager around. The place is a mess. But deals are good

Zara clothes are amazing zing zing.but there is no good collection all the time in this store.if you are lucky then you may find good collection on that day

Good variety of collection but middle class couldn't afford the price and enjoy their quality of good.

I really liked the Zara in Hyderabad for the sole reason that the staff was very helpful and polite unlike many other cities where I have come across rude staff at Zara outlets.

Utter disappointment! A disgrace to the brand. Amancio Ortega- the founder himself would be disappointed and I'm not even kidding. The staff is completely disinterested and had no intension whatsoever to help out the customers. The place is lifeless!

Fast fashion brand. No need of writing more about it. It's all about trends so this place is a heaven for those who have got all the basics covered.

Nice experience, my wife took 4 hours to get out of the store with tons of shopping bags. Don't visit with wife

Good line of collection.
Zara kids has the most fashionable dresses for children below 10. Little pricey but it's quite worth the quality and design.
Not recommended to the shoppers looking for traditional wear.

Zara has very good collection of clothes, but it has to pay attention on staff and train them properly. There's no one to even tell us where are the appropriate clothes and sizes.

Well maintained store. Collections are not buyable all the time. But the quality of fabric for the price is too good.

I never find the seasoned stock. SOmething i have seen in bangalore 3 months back is projected as new arrivals at this store.

Poor customer care too. There is no one who will come to you when u need some assistance.
