This hotel is highly recommended. Their service is a top-notch. The staff are very welcoming and very attentive to our request. The receptionist Mr. Anish Kumar immediately gave a call once we arrived in our room to ask if everything is good and if we are comfortable, he even arranged our taxi for the city tour the next day. He even said a prayer for our friend who took the exam on our last day in the hotel. Hats off to you sirAnother thing is their Tiffin Room staff are as well good and their service is extra special. My friends and I enjoyed our 2 days stay in this hotel. The overall experience is unparalleled and we will definitely come back and book our stay in this hotel in the future. More power and God bless

It was a nice experience with zibe, all the staff are very nice and friendly, the food is so delicious, especially the receptionist who 's name is anish kumar is a very good guy.
Location was convenient and all my requests were accommodated. I needed to leave early and they gave me an early breakfast as requested. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Asish Kumar for the great service.
I highly recommended this hotel for the examiners for nclex in majeera trinity hyberadad. They also have accomodating staff, and worth the price. Stores and groceries nearby. Dear GRT Team, We have a pleasant time at the hotel during our vacation. Front Office team has coordinated with us and reserved the rooms in advance on our multiple check ins and check outs. And also Front Office is very attentive and share all the required details. Break fast is delicious one and Break fast services and catering amazing. Security is all around 24 hrs at the hotel.
There are a few improvement areas. One of the improvement area is WIFI at the hotel and WIFI is too lagging behind the current trend technology. Second of the improvement area is price matching with online reservations i.e to honor the online reservations.
