Zoi Hospitals, Attapur

Very bad experience. There is no coordination between the doctors.my mother admitted with back pain. They did all scans CT, MRI etc.still not able to diagnosis the problem. Neurologist say she need physiotherapy and physio comes and asked to do lungh exercise spirometer. And said we do not do physio when there is a pain. Here lack of coordination between the departments. And the support staff nurses they are not giving medicine as prescribed by the doctor.

Came from Gulf for a short vacation specifically to take treatment, went to this unprofessional and irresponsible hospital. Even after paying hefty amount money, doctors won't show up for given time, least 2 hours waiting time after booked appointments.misinformation and lies.

Ultrasound dept makes you wait for hours due to silly reasons as Doctor doesn't have enough hand gloves.
Ppl are waiting for ultrasound by filling their bladders ready to explode.

Unprofessional, irresponsible and useless hospital

My wife was delivered in zoi hospitals attapur. Dr.monica mam was very good in treating.excellent services and staff

Pulmonology deoartment is very good in teating the patients. PFT, chest x-ray are done perfect

My mother got admitted in zoi for medical treatment dr. Ahmed was good at giving treatment. Management was co operative and on time info given from them

My friend was bought to this hospital in a critical stage and admitted in ICU but by help of doctors he recovered very fast.helping staff and good communication among them.

Good hospital with good treat ment and well treating doctors. Nurses helped us and cleaning of rooms are neat. Admitting process went simple and smooth. Nice ambience

Doctor Ravikanth MD (DM) cardiologist is incredible. Not only has he taken care of my moms health when we rushed ZOI hospitals under emergency, but also very responsive. It’s rare to find a doctor who has care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I would have no qualms in recommending Dr Ravikanth to my friends and family. I would not say that there is no other cardiologist but we could find only him around Attapur at that particular situation and he is the best doctor in ZOI hospitals and we are fortunate enough to have him as our doctor I being an advocate could definitely recommend Dr Ravikanth and ZOI hospitals.

My experience with Zoi Hospitals Attapur is very good. Doctors, treatment, staff and hospitality are great. We visited the hospital with different illness and everyone of my family members had a positive experience and were taken the utmost care and they returned home absolutely fine.

Wife was admitted for 2 days due to viral infection. The doctors and staffs are really cooperative and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Narsimha Reddy and Anil Naik for all their care and support.

My self Dr. Sidrah Sharoz Nagori came to Zoi hospital at night around 11.45 for complains of Kidney Stone Pain. I am 10 weeks pregnant and was not able to eat or drink anything because of vomiting, I am under treatment of Dr. Nazia Khanam.
I went to the emergency room of your hospital where the Dr. Incharge misbehaved and asked us to get hospitalized or go home when asked him to give us half an hour. He was not attentive and not ready to coordinate with me. He didn't wear his mask on during the duty timing. I had to leave the hospital with severe pain as the Dr. Asked me to leave.
I am very disappointed with the service by your hospital. This way your management treats a pregnant woman with severe pain.
I request you to take strict action against the Dr. Incharge at ER during the night shift.

No importance to out patient time need to wait for 2 hours to consult a orthopedic doctor when I came in I was only patient waiting for doctor to come back from rounds and when ask receptionist they says 10 min 15 min.

Really need to work on time management

I had a very bad experience with the staff. They are really very rude with patients. Took a U-turn experiencing with the rude behaviour. Even if there is good treatment but before that they should learn how to treat people.

It’s an waste hospital, they don’t give an proper response, they just try to lot each and every one, they don’t have proper doctors, nurse won’t give responses at all if we ask them something. Don’t admit anyone in this hospital

Receptionist and their are one of sister (she is wearing yellow colour dress and she is in procedure room.) is extremely rude and she didn't know how to treat a patient. And she is extremely angry on patients. And shouting on patients. She don't know how to behave with patient. Please look into this.

Realy it's a fake hospital in Hyderabad. They have fake review writers, don't believe 5 star reviews. I'm telling my own experience. They are focusing for money, the management does not have knowledge of insurance claim, so that insurance company also verify they are making fake bills. They have Clinic RMP agents from Moinabad, Chevella& targeted to middle class people's. I'm saying don't go for treatment if having insurance because they are not giving proper documents of treatment diagnosis. All read 1 star firstly you should focus on patients care.
