As per my experience for any orthopedic problem I will just suggest to consult Dr. Ramesh Chandra Katragadda, Zoi Hospital, Somajiguda, Hydrabad. I am sure U will get much better & satisfactory treatment with whole hearted cooperation.

I have been going to Dr Ramesh Chandra for over 10 years for my treatment. He is an extremely good doctor - very professional and efficient. He is friendly and never rushed and always puts me at ease. His treatment and advice have always helped me get better.

Satya, who supports Dr Ramesh Chandra, is also very considerate, sincere and always ready to help the patients. She makes sure that I am well rested and finds time to check in on me at the hospital. We are lucky to have found them as they continue to support us in our old age.

I was treated successfully for multiple fractures in femur and ribs last week at Zoi. Me and my family are very grateful to Dr. Madhusudan sir and his team for giving him a normal life once again. This hospital is spacious as only few type of medical departments (Delivery, surgery & few others) are there.

Maintainance is very good. Sanitizer is kept at every place. Keeping sanitation is also good.

Not at all happy with Process at Zoi Hospital. My mother has to get knee surgery at Zoi Hospital Somajiguda. We got all test conducted 4 days before the surgery and came to Hospital a night before surgery to get admitted. During admission they say that Potassium level is low and then canceled the surgery.

As this was planned surgery, everything should have been taken care early. Even we had Physician consultation by paying the fee at Zoi hospital. Why Physician has not requested for Blood reports? Is it not his job?

Post my feedback, Zoi management has acted and taken action accordingly. Hence I would like to rate 3 instead of 1. Thank you Zoi Hospital, please try to improve the process as discussed.

We have been visiting Dr. Reshma Sultana mam in zoi hospitals for my cousins neuro related issue.she is such a doctor who has vast knowledge, experience and good command on the treatment that needs to be given based on the disease.no unnecessary medications. The best thing we have noticed is, she has lots of patience and she spends quality time with patient in understanding the problem, she even responds to calls and messages on emergency basis out of appointment hours also. We are very much glad that we got Reshma mams reference from Nimhans hospital for consulting in Hyderabad. Thanks a lot mam for all the good care.

Receptionist muslim fellow and all the staff are more concerned of money for small treatments and scans and surgeries. Low graded staff kept me remind of Cheeranjivis tagore movie. Same culture money money money for everything. I suggest don't visit.

Took my mother in law to Zoi Hospitals Somajiguda to see Doctor Prashant Reddy. He took every details for her and suggested medicines as per her age and problems. Very good doctor.

My husband had a hip fracture on 13 admitted and operated by dr naresh hanagodu on 14th jan 22 15th anesthetist goes on sankranti leave give wrong medicine by name mitad for low bp when actually bp was not low my husband feels uneasy in the stomach duty doctor recommended blood transfusion the haemoglobin is 8.5 doesn't give any explanation, we refuse and get discharged, on 15th my husband develops acute thromboembolism and dies on 19th at. Home. Though dr naresh hanagodu is my family orthopedic i am extremely unhappy with him my message to him through this media is you make money but have ethical responsibility. See now me and my small children are orphaned

Visited Zoi hospital in search of an orthopedic. I was impressed at the process and procedures followed. The staff were competenet and the experience with doctor was very good.
The building had adequate signage and they were one of the few hospitals that were following proper covid protocols.
The advantage with this hospital is basic services like x-ray, ultrasound etc are present in the same building and it is helpful as the ortho doc suggested an x-ray and the whole process and review by the doc again was done in less than 20 mins. Would definitely suggest for any issues.

I visited zoi hospital somajiguda for my pregnancy care. I couldnt expect this kind care from them. Front office persons gave me quick attention fixed my appointment guided me to consultation and dr swarna sree made me comfortable clearly explained about what are the precautions i have to take and how to use medicine other instructions

I've been to this hospital in July 2021 and my expectations have been reached to the fullest both by the doctors and the management. The emergency ward's response was excellent (even on a bland Sunday). The doctors are very compassionate, attentive and helpful. The management is always committed to assist and manage the patients. Very polite and efficient, all of them. From scans and tests to pharmacy, everything is under one roof. I would certainly recommend Zoi hospitals for their medical assistance and great hospitality.

Zoi, is one of the best when it comes to treating Covid 19. I had admitted my mother in the month of May 2021.

The treatment is excellent, with a human touch.
The hospital has clear and fair policies towards treatment.
We used to get regular updates from Dcotors and medical staff. (they used to arrange video calls).
Though it's a commercial hospital, they have their Principles, commitments and values in the right place.
The did not charge exorbitant bills.
Post discharge follow up was also good.

Overall, I would say, Zoi is one of the best!

I've visited this hospital since my beginning of pregnancy, the way of receiving and responding to our queries was really great, doctors are very patience, they clear all our doubts also explain each and everything what every we required. Especially Dr. Swarnasree and Ramesh are very good at their services also take care of their patients personally if anything is required.

Staff members are well trained and while my delivery the way of taking care was good. They also maintain rooms and environment very clean.

Doctors visits very frequently to check the condition of patients and 24/7 staff will be available to treat us. Also, it is very cost effective, no need to go out for anything as they provide everything in the hospital itself. I strongly recommend this hospital for people who are looking for a good treatment.

My husband got admitted due to covid at zoi for 14days and trust me i was one of those kind of person who will be tensed for small issues. But with the service amd assurance provided by Zoi hospital with day to day updates through video calls in this pandemic situation to patients family was tremendously appreciable. This is my 2nd review about Zoi as my entire pregnancy was taken care by Dr. Swarna Sree, I was admitted to the hospital on 9th January early morning for my delivery and I must tell Dr. Neha, she is very calm composed and literally i had her by my bed side for longer time holding my hand tightly, she just cooperated so well and understood my pain, my delivery was a easy process with Dr. Swarna Sree, I have already said a lot about her in my first review, You can blindly trust her. I must mention Dr Sushmita Kasana the physiotherapist, who guided me with proper exercises throught my pregnancy, She has emphasized a lot on the benefits of it and yes i had a normal delivery. Zoi made my pregnancy journey very memorable! Thank you

Well, on the other hand I didnt like the behaviour and attitude of few nurse [not empathetic at all] and the entire housekeeping staff, the were just doing work for the sake of tip. Allocation of room was a mess although booked in advance. We wanted stay a day longer but got discharged early as the Nurses & House keeping [Aayaa's] wern't cooperating.

Zoi hospital is one of the best COVID hospital. I came to know from one of our family friends. My father and mother were admitted in the month of April and I was amazed by the way how the doctors treated my parents. Also the staff is so helpful. They were constantly updating the progress daily and keeping us updated for any developments. This is well maintained and the facilities and food, care for the patient's is awesome.

Zoi hospitals - In this Pandemic hospitals are pealing Money from patients but this hospital is different from others. They understand the Concern & Condition of the Patient and are just a call away. Just a phone call to Somajiguda branch a polite staff named" Manjusha " attended the call and confirmed a Oxygen Bed (ICU) immediately. Her ability to understand the urgency and attentiveness towards the patients and their attendants is highly appreciable. Mr. Ramesh another staff member from same branch also extended great help to us. Would like to thank and appreciate both of them for being great support to patent attendants for timely response and helping the patients in everyway before and after admissions.

My review would be incomplete without mentioning about Dr. Rahul Gandhi, Internal medicine specialist, (Attapur branch) he is a "LIFE SAVER" i would say.an expert who understands IN & OUT of the patient condition he is quick in his critical care treatment from day 1, he will never wait or take a chance with the patient condition. He always puts himself in shoes of patient and act accordingly. Its been close to 10 years we have been consulting this doctor and never thought and opted for other as we did not see the need. These are unprecedented times. Like tens of thousands of people in this country I too have faced difficult time where multiple family members were impacted with COVID including myself. I had to hospitalize two of my family members. After spending 4 hours in an ambulance on Hyderabad roads Zoi, Somajiguda was ready to take patient (my mother) in and provide ICU care. Doctors and management were qualified, friendly and transparent. They counselled us on patient's situation and clearly explained treatment plan. They were so kind to arrange video calls with my mother as we were in quarantine ourselves. With regular updates on progress there were no surprises. In case of another family member (husband) they arranged for an early discharge showing they are flexible and not greedy. How many hospitals can we say do this? There was no pressure on us to source medications or oxygen. I strongly recommend Zoi if one is looking for good doctors, great infrastructure and most importantly good care for in-patients. A Big thank you to Zoi hospital doctors and management, especially Mr. Venkat Reddy.

Worst hospital I have admitted my grandfather there worst treatment but they have charged alot but at the end he is no more worst hospital don't prefer it.

Dr. Swarna Sree is a very good obstetrician and gynaecologist. She has enormous amount of patience and listens to the patient and clarifies all their doubts well. She has very good clinical and patient management skills. I had a best experience with her. I have recommended many of my friends and acquaintances to her.

My not so well experience with Zoi: ^

I met Dr. Kiran who happend to be the Junior Dr.under Dr. Anvesh. I went with an acute back pain which i was told could be muscle sprain and was prescribed 2 pain killers a day followed along an injection. Gave it 3 days but was no little change, so i called up and Mr.kiran adviced to take 4 pain killers a day, i followed for 2 days and i felt all numb in my body by taking 8 tablets in 2 days. I surely not think thats a good advice.

Nope the pain still dint subscide, its more or less the same, the whole point of going there is of no use and to be given few more weeks is advised - if given extra few weeks, whats the whole point of going if i still should go through this pain. Argg.

Very poor management of hospital. I visited around the time of 9p - 11p. Staff was very lazy to attend anyone. The doctor in Emergency Room was not clear what had to be done. He made 3-4 Different bills. Just in 30 Mins (Three first-aids), and then pharmacy had different paying section. Out of all only their was one good nurse who really cared about the situation.

I have consulted Dr swarnasree for my delivery, I’m happy to find dr like her, recently I have got done fibroid surgery by her with excellent surgical, she is very confident, friendly and always available when required through phone she always make her patient comfortable, and clear all doubts of her patient, I would definitely recommend dr swarnasree for gynic problems. Zoi have all best doctor.
