A Dog's Tale

I had to leave the city for 5 days with my family and it was not possible to take my one year old German Shepherd - Ace with us. We looked into several dog stays in our area and went with 'A dog's tale'.

Ace was well taken care by the people over there at 'A Dog's tale'. The owner was very kind and understanding of our and Ace's situations through out the stay. Full CCTV access was provided and the owner also sent videos regularly so that we can be assured of his safety and wellbeing. The team at 'A Dog's tale' also enquired in detail about Ace's food habit and took care of the same very effectively.

I highly recommend their services.

I am a doctor i had a 4 Yr old lab hyper active name nawab my first experience with her was good but nxt experience was not good.i kept my lab for 4 days he was so excited wen i left him but wen I went to pik him he was so low n nt greeted me n my children much he was so quite in car.wen v reached home he ws continuously sleeping n nt able to stand properly with his back portion he feels uneasiness wen he want to stand.i don't know wat they had done to him.wen I asked her she said he was OK here.n said mind ur words u r insulting us.bt it was not good experience. V keep our soo pamperd pets with them. At least they should take care of them n nt do the blame game, should b loyal to ter jobs, money z nt matter but at least v should be free mind that our beloved pets r in safe hand. I m taking my Nawab his name to vet.let's hope for best.everything should be fine.but I was sooo disheartened to look my nawab in pain

I had to go out of station for 2 days (Dec 2-Dec 3,2023) and was looking for a stay for my dog Goku (9 months old male Indie). I looked at many stays but Dog's Tale stood out for me. Major reason is that they don't cage or chain your dog and he is free to move around the place. The owner and her handler make sure that this is a safe experience for all dogs and they don't engage in any fights.

The handlers are good with dogs, and while your dog may be sad initially because you are not there, they will eventually be okay as the environment is pretty dog-friendly.

The rates are also pretty reasonable and the location is quite easily accessible.

I will for sure revisit if I need to travel without my pet again.

If you're looking for a terrible experience, A Dogs Tale is the perfect place for you. The poor service, impolite staff, and unhygienic conditions make this service a nightmare for both you and your furry friend. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reputable and responsible establishment.

My friends's pitbull was badly injured. The owner did not even take accountability for bad services but also started abusing my friend for asking valid questions. If you care about your dogs and their safety, this isn't the place to be.do not recommend owing to bad service and worst behaviour despite trying to resolve it amicably.

You cant raise a genuine concern to this owner about her creche or she will start abusing and cursing you. The owner is rude and doesn’t know how to talk. She isn’t a dog lover for sure and just a business owner who is arrogant.

The way she has replied to the other reviews tells a lot about how rude this owner is.

Tequila had so many tics on his body, a few cuts on his face and his stomach was badly upset.
He was so hungry when we got home that he ate thrice as much.
I am sorry but this wasn't expected, not a good experience at all.
I won't recommend this place if you really love your dog babies.

My dog got skin infection when he was returned to us…he had loss of appetite also. The owner doesn’t know what she is doing.after inquiring the owner about this incident, she’s showing lot of disrespect and ego…pls don’t trust this creche

A trust worthy place for your pets whenever you have to leave out of station… my second pet Hachiko is kind of a shy dog but after a week from Pranjali’s care he has become very active happy and more friendly now… I keep asking what she has done to my kid? Seriously we only think dogs just understand commands but through Pranjali I got to know they do have emotions and if we keep trying to understand them they will also show their love towards us … P. S thank you so much

We are happy to see him after 3 days. The dog sitter was very good in nature. It was a great experience for my dog and me. Next time we would love to drop him again. We are so thankful and grateful to her. I would like to give her 10/10.

The worst decision I ever made regarding my pet was to choose this place. Very bad experience, poor service and rude behaviour.

She is very humble and her creche is a great space, its very hygienic & she always treat dogs like her own. Great service & great creche, I will suggest everyone to make it your first priority when you need to leave your dog to any homely place. Five star rating.

My dog has never stayed in a hostel for that long, but the way Pranjali helped him adjust and settle is amazing. She kept sending daily updates on whatsapp and I'm glad I could travel stress free knowing my dog was well kept at A Dogs Tale. Thank you for being so calm with him. Appreciate it.:)

I have a beagle named Oreo n mine one is absolutely extra notorious…. It gets super excited n out of control most of the time just out of happiness …… having the fear that it doesn’t hurt itself …. I never left it alone. But due to circumstances had to leave it in a crèche. Frankly speaking I was very scared that what if it feels lonely what if it get hurts…. But having sent my love 1 day to Pranjali, I got to know that it is the best place where dogs can be given a homely environment…. Not kept in cages…. Allowed to roam freely … given healthy meals. I am satisfied…. Just one thing which I want to request is that kindly allow us to see the place when we visit to drop our dog there…. At least for 5 mins. That would be helpful.

'A Dog's tale' is indeed the best dog creche, it's truly a home away from home for our furry babies.
My baby romeo (one & half yrs old male lab) stayed at 'A Dog's tale' for good 8 days.
And I'am so so so very happy to share that our experience and his stay was a happy, safe and comfortable one.

This was for the first time that we had to leave our boy for quite a longer time period, so we were very anxious, worried and apprehensive about the same.
We searched for places, read reviews, also took suggestions from other pet parents in our circle and we got a very positive feed back about 'A Dog's tale'.
In our very first visit only, we simply liked everything about the place.
And after meeting Ms. Pranjali (who herself is a true pet lover by heart).
We got complete trust that our baby will be in safe hands here.
The best part of this creche is that our pets are kept leash free and cage free. They get to roam around freely just the way they remain in their own houses.
The whole ambience is very lively, clean and hygienic. Ac is there to support the adverse weather.
Also the friendly company of the in house pets of the creche, makes the stay all the more enjoyable. (elf, elsa, pixie, tuttu, kikki.they all are a darling.all of them are very social and well groomed)
The creche team provides variety of home made food and good number of outings in the daily schedule. The billing process is also very genuine.

Ms pranjali used to send us daily updates in the form of videos, clicks, call/ msgs about how our baby is doing. And seeing her so lovingly and compassionately involved with all the furry babies in the videos, was indeed a treat to watch and a big assurance for us, the pet parents.
So, all in all we really had a lovely experience with 'A Dogs tale'

Initially I was very reluctant to drop my pet here but after reading all the reviews I decided to keep her here and now I am glad that I kept my dog here. The owner of the crèche kept my dog like her own and updated me time to time about her activities. Basically It’s not like the typical crèche where dogs are caged it’s more like a home to them. Highly Recommended

We left our raw, untrained, one year old dog for three days with Pranjali Gupta ji here. She always kept us updated sending our dog's videos regularly, and very professionally handled all the dogs and not even a single one would fight. During this time there were atleast 6-7 dogs and all of them were living freely and peacefully, idk how she does it but she is very consistent and hardworking, takes care of all the dogs with so much love. She's made it an even better home away from home for our pets while we are away due to our own compulsions. A safe place for your pets.

The pet owner Ms Pranjali Gupta made sure in every possible way that our dog don't miss his home.
She regularly gives us updates about our dog with small videos she make and send it to us personally as well as you can find that on her Instagram page.
We can confidently say that we don't need to look for any other place if we have to leave our dog again. We know this is THE RIGHT PLACE.

Pranjali runs the best dog creche I have seen. None of the other came even close.
She provides very friendly and homely environment which any dog would love. Its the place where our dogs can be themselves. No leash or cages.
She gave me regular updates on how he is enjoying himself in company of the other dogs through vidoes.
And i know i dont have to worry even for a second if i have to leave my labrador again for a few days.

Lara is our first ever canine - a 7 month old lhasa apso - we were apprehensive about leaving her for 10 days. But, pranjali did a fairly decent job. Being a bit scared of other dogs in the establishment, lara got used to the place after some great ministrations from Pranjali. Will we put her back there, if required? Yes, certainly!

A Dog’s Tale is a very nice place to leave a pet. It’s a very hygienic place and one need not to worry while leaving their pet as they’re in safe hands

I explored this amazing place in Lucknow and Man! For a dog lover like me this place is heaven. Kiki, Elsa, Elf, Tutu, Pixie️️️️️ they can make your stress vanish like magic.straight Outta Hogwarts and the surprise elements were beagle pups? The bundle of cuteness. Do visit this place if you are a dog lover and want to give yourself some peace of mind. You can bring your own pets as well.

My Pet stayed for 5 days. She stayed outside and away from family for the first time. She is quite shy and Conservative still A dog's Tale managed to mix her up with other mates there. Took good care of her. I am pleased by her service and the Love and Care given to my pet.
