I was admitted to your hospital on 1st May 2023 due to some health issue.
My discharge date is 4th May 2023.

During the treatment a cannula was inserted into the vein that caused swelling and pain in my hand. I am facing that problem till now.
I visited your hospital on 9th June regarding the same problem, hospital doctor verbally advised me to apply sumag ointment but I have not gotten relief from the swelling and pain.

Please advise me how to get relief from the above-mentioned problem and who will be responsible if I have a serious problem.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Anjali Choundhary. She was not very polite or respectful towards me and made me feel inadequate. She also seemed to lack empathy and made it clear that she thought I wasn't educated enough to understand her advice (by saying kitni padhi likhi ho? Shaqal se toh nahi lagti?). & In the case of not wearing salwar under gown regarding my clothing choice was inappropriate and uncalled for (i mean who wears salwar under dressess mam, she need to brush up on her own dressing style). I would not recommend her service. 5 star k chakkar mein mat padho hum bhi yahi dkh k gaye they!

Dr. Ashish Srivastava, cardiologist discussed the condition of the patient very calmly and give satisfactory answers and clarify all our doubts. Other staff members, nurses and others are also very helpful. Close to police chowki. Ample parking space and atm outside hospital. Ambulance service also available. Panel facilities like cghs and all are also there.

My experience is very good. As I know about my pragnancy, we came to Mrs. Anjali chaudhary mam. She is very good gynaecologist. She guided very well during my pragnancy. In the starting of 8th month of pragnancy, my situation became critical.we came to hospital at mid night in emergency. All staff immediately take proper action according to mam's consultation and handled the situation very well and mam also treated. After few days my situation became critical again. Then mam and her staff, all again take immediate proper care and action and handled the situation. I gave a birth to my baby. It is my premature delivery but because of Mrs Anjali chaudhary mam and her staff, me and my baby, both are safe and healthy.

It is a blessing to have doctors like Dr. Anjali Chaudhary whom we can trust for our family Healthcare. I am genuinely thankful to Dr. Anjali Chaudhary and staff at Aarogya hospital for their sincere services and professionalism.

I would prefer to die on street rather than admitted to this hospital. This the worst hospital I have ever visited. And Dr. Anjali is the worst doctor, she don't know how to talk to a patient, even whole staff is afraid of her.

Its almost 4 years i tried but never got any positive result from many hospitals, however once i started my treatment in Aarogya hospital under Dr. Anjali i finally got conceived in 6 months only. "Dr Ankit" - the worst doctor I have seen in my life. My grandfather admitted for the first time here and his behaviour towards patients and old people is highly pathetic. He lacks patience and never answers to a patients query.

Their staff don't even know, how to talk to a person on call. They should be trained first on 'how to behave with people'. It's the worst hospital and the staff are the weirdest people I have ever seen. They don't even listen to you, and they want people to obey their command as if, the people/patient are their servant.
And most important thing that they should know is, serving people or nation doesn't give them right to disrespect anyone.

They don't even show up for work in the morning even for covid vaccination.
People keep on waiting and neither registration staff nor person to administer the vaccine showed up.
Once your details are taken after waiting for more than an hour, you need to wait endlessly for some one who can administer the vaccine.

Once the nurse arrives she is briefed regarding vaccine administration job.
Then vaccine is issued from pharmacy.
Then they search for sanitizer in whole hospital.
Once sanitizer search is over they realise that gloves are missing and search for gloves begin.
Another hour wasted.
