Showroom is average but these people show vehicles in Godown.and staff's don't know the feature of cars

Very Bad experience. I got only promise from adyant automovers. Low customer service support. They not fulfilled their promise. I suffering to back my Advance booking amount.

FRAUD SERVICE CENTER
There have been many cases with the KIA service center, they don't have the basic spare part and they have only excuses.
My bulb was replaced by a duplicate bulb and when it got fused they started to give excuses and asked to collect it from the main service center after reaching the main service center they said we can not help you. Mechanics have no experience and no knowledge of anything. Highly recommended not to use their service.

They serve poor service and sell defective car my car sonnet 11 months old it’s stand by 2 times on 1 August it’s Stand by in Civil Lines Prayagraj after 2 hour RSA take from there to Kia service center Naini and today 6th August still they not start my car and mechanic have no knowledge how to repair And Dealership owner also involved he never call me and update

Unprofessional. Procrastinator. My cheque pending from 2 week after canceling booking because of their poor behavior. When I contacted of one their sales person regarding my car delivery, he arrogantly refused my request and asked me contact with whom I had made booking. Such poor and unprofessional attitude. I didn't lost anything but you lost your one customer.

Manager is a bit stern and processes take longer than usual but its the only one in prayagraj as far as i know so you have to adjust
