Very bad quality products.bought a lighter 15days back, not working.refused to replace despite guarantee

I will not recommend this shop for bulk order.
Without goods in inventory Sales person was very curious for payment and i asked for the good, they told me to wait.
I waited for like 1Hr and still didn't get my item.
Waste of time and very poor service.
