Visited doctor for Allergic Rhinitis and Acidity problem.
He listened to my problems, I told him my routine. But I was expecting some explanation from him regarding the issue and also expecting that he explains the medicines he was providing.
But he wrote prescription and didn't explain.
I tried to ask him about the medicines/liquid he provided and he said "prescription pe likha hai name".
It would be great if you explain patients patiently about the problem and the medicine course you are giving.

Took my 2 year old kid for serious cough problem. He and his staff made us wait for 2 hour. Finally the sick kid slept asleep and we saw no point in consulting the super busy doctor whose staff does not have any clue of wait time. So my review is the set up is not meant for kids < 3 years who are not well to wait.
Atleast by courtesy the staff can keep the child parent informed if the doctor can see in 30 min / 1 hour /2 hour.
