My mother underwent 2 laparoscopic surgeries by Dr. Rahul Singh.
The surgeries went absolutely fine with full satisfaction from the doctor side and the services of the hospital.

Doctor Anil Khanna is a highly skilled surgeon but his OPD visits are completely unprofessional. They give the appointment time as 2 PM to everyone and the doctor rarely starts his OPD before 3: 30 PM or sometimes even at 5: 00 PM. Patient has to wait without any update from the reception staff on the doctor's whereabouts and it's a total waste of time. If you call prior to coming to the hospital to enquire if the doctor has started his OPD, the reception staff never inform you on the phone. On reaching the hospital at 2 PM, they inform you that the doctor will be in at around 3: 00 PM but you just keep on waiting. This is highly unprofessional on the part of the doctor as well as the staff. They have no concern or value for the patient's and the attendant's time at all. I'm not sure of it's the reception staff's fault or the doctor's, but this needs to get rectified. Seeing as doctor Khanna is the owner of the hospital, he's equally to be blamed for this as well. Please resolve this major concern of the patient's, or else no matter how proficient it great you are, such bad practices will lead to bad experiences from the patients.

Infrastructure of hospital is not good. This is being operating in a rented complex with many other buisness activities are going on here, results with inconvenience to patients. Moreover there is no parking space for visitors and caretakers.

Too bad faculty. My grandmother was admitted here and one day when she vomitted no staff was touching her. Even doctor don't listen to you. Very ignorant staff. Worst hospital ever seen.

I have clavicle fracture. I was treated by Dr Rishi Dwiwedi. He is a very good doctor and a very good surgeon. He is very polite, calm and listens to all the problems. The surgery done by him on my left should is also very good. All 3 stars because of him.
But hospital management is worst. I was admitted for four days. And everyday (at every ocassion) ward boys and cleaning ladies were asking for money (tip) be it asking for support to get up or asking for helping in any daily chore or even lifting the bed, assisting on wheel chair etc or every act they will ask for money. We were so irritated that we laid there on our own and never asked for any assistance. We just wanted to get out of there ASAP. And even after giving them money so mu h, I had to go from first floor to parking on foot (while I could barely walk). And lady receptionist of hall D is so rude that she insulted my wife and parents in front of everyone without any fault of ours.

Worst place you can visit. Worst doctors, worst service Worst everything.

Think about your life before you visit this place. They leave you with life time of trauma.

Worst Hospital with doctors as monsters. Never go to this hospital. The facility is the pure setup of money minting. Worst treatment by the staff. Pathetic Hospital with pathetic staff.

Red Flag, must not visit here if the problem is serious because they don't know anything, they'll not treat you and rather they'll just take out the organ from your body, which has the problem, heartless doctors.

The doctor here are too much rude. They treat others very badly. And this is really shameful things.

I think it's most over rated and hyped hospital in lucknow city. First doctors doctors don't know the cause of problem again then they give you a regular medication for a long time thereafter its a long journey to go because as per their practice medication is whole life process even just for normal problem in other words they are giving you only "precautions" Nit a solution.

I got my father's both knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Rishi Dwivedi at Ajanta Hospital, Alambagh. Surgery of left knee was done in January 2021 and the other in September 2021. Both the surgeries done by Dr. Rishi Dwivedi were successful. We have seen the result of the surgery done in January and we are more than happy with it. This hospital has a very good team of doctors and other support staff. The ambience of the hospital is also very good and clean. Dr. Rishi Dwivedi talks to everyone in a congenial manner and take diligent care of the patient's requirements.

One of the worst hospitals.the staff is absolutely un courteous and not friendly.they are least bothered for Patients. I hope the services improve. I had a terrible experience in Hall D OPD. I had taken my mother for an OPD consultation and the staff was pathetic.

It was good experience. I got my treatment from Dr. Anil Khanna and he was polite, diligent and great at his work. Even though I slacked from my end but he made sure I got all my reports and checkups completed before doing the surgery. Staff was polite and supported me for my entire course of medication as I was getting the treatment alone due to my relatives being out of station. I am extremely happy with my stay here.

Worst services —- Hospital ask money it each step, medicines multiple times you have to run, then payment, then for each test. Even patient attendant need to take urine and blood, Pathalogy team will not come to patient room.
