Overall performance is well but reception at ground floor specially lady is behavior is very rude which can effect your hospital image

I am giving this hospital 1 star just because of Dr. Amit Tarafdar, he do not even have basic etiquette to talk to his patients, he is very rude, I went to him for dry eyes problem where he told one of his support staff to explain me about one eye exercise that he has written down on the prescription but somehow the compounder missed explaining it to me, so when next time invited him he asked me weather I did that eye exercise I said no because I was not told by compounder to do that and I was totally unaware of the fact that he had written a eye exercise on prescription he called his compounder and asked him and as expected compounder shifted the blame on me that he has told me how to do it but in reality he had not.

You know what Dr. Said at that time he literally said "log idiot hotein Hein unhe bar bar btaya kro" and he said it in very arrogant way.

I do not think that doctor have any right to pass derogatory remarks to their patients or in order to treat them they need to show them down he treats his patients as if they are inferior to them,

You should never visit to such arrogant doctors.

Ak eye hospital is the best & genuine place to visit for eye related issues.
Dr. Tarafdar never rush to motivate everyone for surgeries, he suggests for surgeries only if it is required.
