BEWARE! How come they don't have a lawsuit against them already. They called and said that they are calling from Kent for their 6 monthly servicing. A technician came and said my water has a tds of 225, and said the membrane and filtration system needs to be changed and will cost 4000/-. Mind you he said all this without even touching the machine.i said my Kent is under warranty, to that he said the filtration system doesn't fall under warranty. I immediately called the real Kent guys to which the technician got scared and started running to the door of my house. He just ran off, without even taking the service charge which i was constantly reminded of whenever they called. Since then they are not picking my calls. The real tds later tested came out to be 79. Their attempt to loot was botched, but they must have been successful in so many cases. Need to take criminal action against them.
