There is a problem with staff.they are behaving very rudely.after giving the sample they take a lot of time and afterall the staff behaviour is very bad

I had my prolactin test and the result was something very beyond the normal range matlab it was very much high than the normal range…. I was extremely shocked then i went another diagnostic centre and had the same test with normal result Alhamdulillah.
Not only worse staff and management but the results are also verryyy horrible.

I shall never recommend anyone to go there.

Very over priced tests some of them are done 2000 in private but they took 1500 -1000 ₹ more than the other private diagnosis

The manager's behaviour is very bad.but the general Manager (Habib khan) was very polite and helpful

Worst experience it takes lot of time.visit here if u have any reference or setting.

Doctors do work after they drink tea, chaye patient kitni bhi der baitha rahe usse unko koi Matlab nahi.

Oh my god this centre should get closed as soon as possible because they play with people emotions by giving wrong report.and they are looting alot Plzzz don't go there

Dont take any test from this diagnostic centre.looting people. Not even giving correct reports. Everytime wrong reports

Don't go there for MRI for a patient who is serious with Condition. As they take 6 hours for MRI, I Lost My Big Brother on 14/07/2022 by this Reason. I said Once again Please Don't go there they are irresponsible. Even the doctor who see condition my patient by using ultrasound machine after MRI doesn't tell me that your patient is serious with (spleen problem). I don't believe how neglect a doctor can be I Lost My Brother. I don't want anyone Lost their Brother again. Highly Disappointrd with AMA diagnostic Centre.

Untrained reception staff her name is Arpita she don't know how to entry on computer system. I could not make much difference between this centre and a sarkari thakehaal place. Total waste of time. Staff is not cooperative. I visited this diagnostic center today for x-ray. No any staff helps me for the same everyone has a rude behaviour. I have asked for x-ray from staff on x-ray technician many times but he was not giving any information for the same.

Bht hi irresponsible log hai ultrasound wala doctor ka beheaver bht hi kharab hai.staff bhi bht bekar hai koi sunta nahi hai.waha jitne log the sab pareshan ho rhe the.kuch to apne paise leke wapas chale gye.bht hi bekar gajah hai.ye jitne bhi acche comments pade hai.sab inke hi admi hai.asliyat to waha jakee pata chalti hai. To be Honest Its very Bad. Koi jaye na waha.jaoge to pareshan hi hoge

Very bad behavior on the reception, do not tell anything when asked.
Do not provide any kind of assistance, no matter what happens to the patient.

Right Now Reception staff behavior is very well. In Past, Reception staff behavior rudely. So came after two months and it was great to see the behavior of the reception staff.
Recently, Follows up with customer in a timely manner Keeps appointments, call-return commitments, etc. Is approachable and responsive to customers and others. Treats the customer with respect and courtesy. Provides consistent, quality service to all customers. Is available to the customer and provides accurate, consistent, and honest information. Thanks

The best experience so far. Got the tests done by experienced staff and the reports were generated on whatsapp for the safety of people. Mr. Zeeshan, the manager is very cooperative and helpful man. Overall, a good lab.

The people are arrogant and taking advantage of pandemic situations, they give you receipt of 900rs for RT-PCR testing, but sample collection boy will charge 1200_1400 _1700 any damn amount of his choice, just that they give report in time, nothing else I can appreciate. There are many other diagnostics you can call, now I found Khanna diagnostic, people are really decent there and sample collection boy also very decent and does not change extra money also giving report within 24_30 hrs.

1 star is also too much for this diagnostic centre. They are fraudsters and they charged 1400Rs for rtpcr test which was supposed to be of 900rs. They took so many days to approve the report after calling them 1000 times. This is a trap please don't go for this.

I want to give them below one star.they are frauds compelling covid- 19 tests to be carged 1500 which should be 600, worst people on earth.non humans.they asked me to pay or else they will not do the testing.

Worst service if this is your last option then also don't consider it. They took almost 3-4 days to approve the Rtpcr report n that too after continuosly calling them.

They are fraud, they charged Rs. 1500 in the name of covid test, they never provide report in time, as my reports are still delayed, whenever i call them, they cut my call and also they blocked me. THIS IS FRAUD, THIS CENTRE IS FAKE AND MANAGEMENT IS FRAUD.

Complete Fraudsters. Their lab assistants are charging 1400 Rs for a covid test while on the receipt they show only 900Rs, for every test they are keeping 500 in their pocket. And even after charging extra money they are not giving reports on time you have to call them hundreds of times to get a response. And all the numbers mentioned on website are either not being responded to or switched off.

Dont go for any testing here. They are literally playing around with people in their time of misery.

Very fake people, not even pick the call and please no one give the sample in this lab, they make u cry for the reports.they are not humans, they are very pathetic people.

Horrible people. This lab should be closed. In such tough times when people need each other the most they are making money out of people's misery. They wont pick calls, they are charging extra and even then will give u reports after begging them 1000 times. They are keeping 500+ in their pockets for every test. Reciept is for 900only test cost they are charging is 1400. If u care about your loved ones dont go here.

Not a very good experience here. Any female doctor is never available for ultrasound of female patients. Staff is rude always. They don't care if someone has an emergency. Don't visit.

0 star was not available so i gave 1, Dr and staff is very non coperative they don't care what is the problem they are very rude
