Worst experience they are not ready to listen the problem of battery just one to another person say ki wo check krega wo chek krega

Today itself, i feel same problem again, no answer get in proper manner and used battery replaced if say them they are behaving very roudly and shouted as well and not ready to answer and given any information about battery, customer handling very poor.
Company should take proper action on those type of service vendor in metro city like ghaziabad, Because of those people bahouvur campany goodwill and services impacted
