Well equipped and robotics facilities surgery center

Poor hygiene and pathetic services. In this Dengue season, hospital's private and semi private wards are full of mosquitoes. Don't even changes the patient bedsheet untill you ask 4-5 times. Illiterate and worst admin staff. Night duty staff found sleepy and no sos facility to patient. I do not recommed this. Charges are very high but services are poor than a govt.hospital.

I went there for my brother knee Ligament injury, and the treatment given by Dr. Himanshu was awesome. He taught us about the Ligament injury and how he operate it. There are very supporting staff. Best part is for Physiotherapist dr. She respond and advise you at anytime. It's been one month completed to my brother knee surgery and now he feel good.

Non co operative late night dr staff no one was available for wheel chair, no guard on gate, before treating asked for money I came after my accident at 12: 55 am late night. And dr says this not a govt hospital wanted the opd and reciet charge to pay first. I guess DR’s have lost the sense of human responsibility towards the patient.

AmiCare is worst hospital यहां मेरी खुशिया दुख में बदल गयी, मात्र कुछ पैसों के लिए cesarean कर दिया, यहाँ ना बच्चे की प्राइमरी care होती है ना tests यहां मेरी wife का सी-सैक्शन Dr. Parul agarwal ने किया जिस दौरान बच्चे को ऑक्सीजन की कमी आई जिसे brain में इंजुरी, sugar down हुआ हैं और इंफेक्शन हुआ ब्रेन इंजुरी जिसका अब कोई इलाज नहीं है ये बातें मुझे MRI और अन्य हॉस्पिटल से पता लगी। पर अब कुछ नहीं हो सकता। even मां के दूध की बजाय lactogen दिया बच्चे को तुरन्त मां के साइड शिफ्ट नहीं किया till about 7 hours "इस hospital से अच्छा तो govt. Hospital है "

Management and staff is highly unprofessional. There is no point in taking appointment from the Doctor. They do not inform and reschedule appointments on their own will. Visiting here for the 2nd time and it's just pathetic.

Had an appointment with Dr Pavitra Dosaj (on call laproscopic surgeon). Such a worst service. Baad me pta chala ki apne clinic p doctor sahab shi s dekhte h yha to bas aise hi. Patient s khade khade baat kar li.koi nhi baitha aise hota h kya diagnosis. 15-20 test likh diye kra lo.humne bahar s HOD s kra liye lagbhag 3000 saste m aur doctor ne koi test dekha bhi nhi.btao hadd h. 2 meetings with this doctor aur samaj aa gya ki bahut busy h iske paas time hi nhi h bas Paisa bnana h. Amicare hospital please look into it.don't call such busy bees.

I had visited Dr. Manu Gautam on 5th November at morning. He had suggested for MRI knee right side and giving some medicine. I can send reports along with prescription slip (OPD receptionist) but revert on wait I will talk with Dr Manu Gautam till now no revert from there site. I had sent reports in 6th Nov at evening to her but havn't received answerd even after multiple requests. Dr. Manu Gautam is good doctor but hospital staff focus is money making.

DOCTOR COMES LATE BY 1 HR. ON TOP OF THAT DESPITE WAITING FOR 2 HOURS THE DOCTOR SEES PATIENTS THAT ARE KNOWN TO HIM FIRST. AND THE RECEPTIONIST SAYS I CANT DO ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO WAIT. DR HIMANSHU HAVE SOME BLOODY DECENCY. PATIENTS ARE PAYING. YOIRE NOY SEEING THEM FOR FREE.

He also mentioned that no need to visit the hospital and I can send reports along with prescription slip to Farah (OPD receptionist) and he will prescribe medicines accordingly. I had sent reports in 24th Aug evening to her but havn't received anything from the doc even after multiple requests. Dr. Himanshu is good doctor but his focus is completely into money making.

The knee replacement of my mother was done by Dr. Himanshu Gupta. Bilateral total knee replacement surgery was done and the operative experience was quite excellent.
Staff is very supportive. She can now walk properly. Thanks to Dr Himanshu Gupta.
