I purchased AmiciSmart, voltage and current protection with digital energy meter, some six months back during July 2022, it was perfectly working till the start of this month of Dec. It started tripping due to some fault. I contacted the manufacturers through their WhatsApp number. Got immediate response from them and asked me to ship back the faulty meter to them through courier (courier charges paid through online transfer) which was immediately replaced with a new one and sent to me today. Absolutely loved the promptness of the customer service and puncture kit product i had ordered. It's very neat and good quality. Even minor details in the product are taken care of.

Two meters ordered. Arrived quickly. Installation was easy. One meter didn't display numbers clearly which was apparent after a few days. The other meter is performing very well over the past two weeks. Company was responsive about taking failed device back, called quickly once failure was confirmed, and a replacement expedited. 5 stars for customer service! 4 stars because the 1st device failed.

I'd purchased amici auto tubeless tyre puncture kit. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the product. The punctur kit includes 10 punctre strips, 1 pliers, rubber glue, two sturdy and well-gripped needles for puncture repair, 4 nozzle caps, one cutter. All items are of superior quality at low price.

One of the best responsive customer service and technical team. I was unlucky to get the replacement also not working the team immediately ensured to send out new product again and this time it was tested and working. What matters is customer service and that they are good at.

I bought a remote calling bell sometime in 2020 don’t know the date or have bill. I called up customer care for support because the receiver stopped functioning. I was told to send it to their centre in Noida it was repaired free of charge and even no charges for returning the product to my address in Kerala. Wow that’s a superb way to deal with customers wonderful they deserve av5 star rating for their courteous replies guidance execution with minimum fuss or demands and helping to sort out an issue with least cost. Super handy and the light beam is bright enough for outdoor and indoor use. It had 5 modes of beam and also got an adjustable lens focus which had to be done physically.

Excellent product!

Initially, I had a slight issue with the on/off button, when i connected the device to a Power Bank - after about 5 minutes, the light pad button would stop working. So i called up tech support and they responded very promptly, asking me to send the product back, so they could look into the issue.

A few days later, via video call, they made sure that the product was functioning perfectly.

Right now, I'm very happy with the light pad, and would highly recommend it! ️
