I am totally satisfied service of Angel eye hospital trully say This eye hospital very right for eye treatment every staff of hospital so helpul, so kind and very well polite so i suggest to everyone plz come to visit here for eye treatment bcoz our eyes very important part of our body and nice gift of God we have to care for our eyes so plz come to this hospital and it's service is superb every patient after operation get fully satisfaction. So plz come and meet Dr. Dilpreet Singh he is too kind and nice person and very careful for his all patients.

Receptionist not call attend and stuff not friendly i suggest regency hospital better than angel eyes care

Unprofessional hospital! Reception staff keep misbehaving with every other patient. They are just making money there and fooling there patients. There is no point of taking appointment bcz more or less they will make u wait for 2-3 hrs! Never seen such a unprofessional staff at any health facility!

Dr dilpreet is one of the best eye surgeon in kanpur he is young and energetic his counseller madam madhuri is efficient and helpful she is dedicated and handling her job well

Highly experience team of doctor under leadership of respected Dr. Dipreet Singh are working very Nice work. In this hospital CGHS scheme is also available under guidance if Sh. Punit sir.

I am surprised that institute is tirelessly busy in justifying their customer's dissatisfaction!

दो महीने पहले मै इस अस्पताल मे गया था।
अपनी आखे दिखाने और सलाह लेने लेकिन कोई लेडीस डॉक्टर ने मुझे गलत सलाह दी और कोई दवा भी नही लिखी मुझे फिर सलाह के लिए किसी और दूसरी लेडीज डॉक्टर ने किसी कृत्रिम नेत्रालय केंद्र भेज दिया मै बहुत परेशान था।

Dilpreet Singh is enough smart and sweet-spoken to trap people in his words. I would suggest that his work should speak instead of his words.

Didn’t have a good experience.

Took my mother to Angel Eyes for cataract surgery. Cataract has been removed but she still faces some continue irritation in the eye. Mr Dilpreet irresponsibly said- its because you took too long to get the surgery done but that’s not true.
How can you blame the patient for you ill- working.

Have to wait 2 hours for consultation and checkup of 15 minute
I went there today for my father's cataract problem.poor Staff, very unprofessional. Pathetic Experience.only making money.

I went to Angel Eyes for cartract surgery of my father. Trust me, its even wrong to call him Dr. Dilpreet. My mediclaim amount was approved for Rs 25000, while rest of the amount was to be paid by me. Angel eyes was not ready to give any receipt of amount that I was paying and wanted only cash amount to be paid. What can safely be called as black money in white collared profession.

We never asked for two bills, we just wanted receipt of Rs 17000, which is the balance amount that we were paying to you. And if you can ask balance amount before surgery then we do have right to ask bill at the same time. Please ask your staff about the issue. Pathetic services.

We did not undergo cataract surgery today in Angel Eyes
As per hospital we had to pay Rs. 17,000/- from our pocket. For this Rs 17,000/- hospital denied giving any payment receipt and were demanding money only in cash. Henceforth we did not want to encourage this black money transaction and we backed out.
We would also like to request all the insurance co.to remove such hospitals (like Angel Eyes, Kanpur) from in-network list, & avoid fraudulent claims and mal-practices.
They are not serving people but for making money only. Receptionist are very non-professional.we do have the video proof of that also.

Hospital denied giving any payment receipt (what we have to pay form our own pocket) and were demanding money only in cash (NO CARD, No Paytm). Making black money transactions. Or else at the last moment aap apne patient ko kahin aur le jao.
They are not serving people but for making money only. Receptionist are very non-professional.we do have the video recording also, also filing the complain in IRDA, GST & Health Ministry.

It is a Popular and upscale hospital of city. Very neat and clean hospital. But some times toilet will disappoint you. You will have to take appointment before visit to hospital. Doctors are qualified and experienced, so good and well behaved person. If you want to pay through cheque then you will have to wait for 3 days. Car Parking is not available so you will have to park your car side of road.

My mom had eye surgery from this hospital and after the operation my mom has some issues with eye which has heavy pain and we visited multiple times to doctor but still he is not able to fix he is keep saying that every thing is good. If every thing is good how come this pain is there this was not there before operation and it started right after operation and its beeing months doctor is not taking this seriously once they have money will not care about your eye.
I will stringy not recommend this hospital to anyone please check with other doctors if you really care for your eyes

I take the appointment for Dr. Dilpreet but his staff send us to another doctor after waiting 2 hours. I was disappointed about that kind of act.

Dr. Dilpreet sign is very polite and best doctor for eyes till date. Receptionists are more than enough in number. Always busy in talking amongst themselves. They are very arrogant and rude and are always ready to fight.

After the surgery is done. They just keep delaying your appointment with doctor. After service is too poor. Even if you tell them that you are having some problem in eye, they are unaffected.

Once the money is taken for the surgery, they treat you like customers and not patient.

Earlier this place was very nice to have a checkup and all the services. But now the conditions have been worsening probably due to uncooperative staff members and poor management.

Charges are too much and there is no proper system for patients. Average time you have to wait is 2 hours.
Pathetic service and average eye checkup.

Very nice institute for opthalmology and most of the instrument are availabe but it is a little bit coastly

Overlapping patients is a normal behaviour here. No value of your time. Very poor experience. No proper dealing. Appointment changed against given time by hospital but not attended at given time.
