Poor experience… order to take patient for x- ray followed … if you are their known they will get priority

3/5 to the staff as they were polite and supportive. Could have been a 5/5 has the reception lady not making frowning faces on a general enquiry by anyone.

2/5: infrastructure: Reception area AC faulty and spraying water in the seats outside. In general, the whole place needs a renovation.washroom was one for both male and female with no wipes or tissues to dry the wet hands

0/5: reporting and testing: my husband and me went for our annual health checkup sponsored by our organisation. They did not did pap smear test for females, no gynecologist consultation, no dental consultation, no general physician consultation happened which were the part of the package.

The cherry on the cake was the reporting as they missed to add decimal to the sgpot value in LFT test amking the value 385 instead of 38.5. This made the sgpot/sgpt ratio indicative of alcholic liver damage causing great emotional trauma to family members. On getting new LFT test done by a better lab, the value of Sgpot was confirmed to be 37.3.

Very poor and pathetic service. Doctors are not coming on time and asking patients to wait for almost 3 - 4 hours. #NABL must look into this and take necessary action against such Lab

All 5 sat reviews are paid and fake. Branch Indirapuram- had visited for ultrasound and x-ray. No professionalism. Don’t waste your time and money here. No benefit of taking appointments. They Will take more than an hour to go for test only and people here don’t know about cleanliness and don’t value others time. Not recommended

Very unprofessional behaviour. They called me at 8am on a Monday morning and finished blood test in 10 mins. Then asked me to wait till 10: 30 for the doctor for ultrasound. But it didn't start till 11 am

Quite crazy that this lab is still allowed to function. Toilets are dirty, there is dust and wires hanging out from the rooms and they weren’t even wearing gloves when they were taking my blood test.

There is No lady Doctor for Ultrasound for pregnant women. Bad experience! Charges are also higher comparing to market price.

Very unprofessional staff. To specify the problem, i faced the problem yesterday in Raj nagar extension centre when i visited to take my reports. Staff was not interested to do theor work and made me wait for half an hour even when no patients were there. I initially thought they might be having some issue with their printer but after some time another staff came and told the reception person to do it quickly. And to answer your lines about seriousness. Yes this is not a fake review, i could have shared the Patient details but this is not a forum to share personal details. Will share the report details on the number you shared.

My experience is not good about this diagnostic centre. I asked them to wait for 10 mins as I was on the way and stucked in traffic. But they deny to do so. It was urgent scan. They don't believe in humanity.

In Comparison to the fees the facilities of this centre are very poor, Even AC is not working in waiting area, very suffocating environment. Centre is itself appears sick.
