Very pathetic and rude behavior of staff. I recommend to avoid this showroom to make any purchase of any items or a service

Too much charges and they just try to take money from customer. I will never visit this service centre again

Got defective Passion pro bike, it stops working anytime anywhere. The behaviour of owner is very rude even he doesn't want to talk with customer.
Highly disappointed to purchase bike from Apex automobiles.

Poor service centre. Rude staff behaviour, They don't understand you and your problems at all.

Horrible service. I gave my bike to be repaired and it has been more than a month that it has not been repaired. On the top of that they are not even picking up phone calls. Even icici Lombard insurance guys are asking me to follow up as a customer, reason being they are also ignored by the magnamanious apex hero service.

Dont Call them they will force for visiting and koi bhi koi information ni dega bikes k regarding call pr. The worst customer service i have ever seen

Actually Apex don't know the value of coustmer and using duplicate products I'm permanent coustmer of apex hero but now m not satisfied with service

Average bike service, there are to much managers in this store but experience d service engineer not available.
Also staff not have proper knowledge of goodlife program.
