अपैक्स हॉस्पिटल वाराणसी एक जाना माना हॉस्पिटल के नाम से मशहूर है। लेकिन इस हॉस्पिटल में मानवता नाम की कोई चीज नहीं है इनको सिर्फ अपना व्यपार करना है चाहे आपका मरीज जिंदा रहे या मुर्दा इनको कोई फर्क नही पड़ता। आजकल जैसे कि फिल्मों में हॉस्पिटल के बारे में दिखाया जाता हैं वैसे ही। मैं इस हॉस्पिटल के पूरी की पूरी टीम (की बात कर रहा हूं कोई सुनवाई नही है। यहाँ तक कि अगर आपके पास प्रधानमंत्री आयुष्मान कार्ड है तो उसका भी सारा का सारा पैसा क्लेम कर लेते हैं और कॅश अलग से लेंगे।

My wife admitted two times here and Dr Anupama Singh with her assistant Hema sister did great care of her. The Dr has easy and friendly talking.

But a disappointed by Medical farmacy here. Medicine provided here in haphazard manner and don't on time also they avoid to deliver in hospital rooms in case of IPD treatment.

1 star due to this ultrasound doctor, who don't understand that time is costly for others also, we kept waiting for him.not fair.if management is seeing my comment, pls ensure the time management for them.

Dr Anupma singh took great care of the patient and resolved the emergency issue very quickly. Nursing staffs and other staffs (food dept, cleaning dept and management) were excellent and helpful.

Don't go there please!
1-These hospital people are all frauds. On website website Doctor fee is showing ₹300 but during registration they charged ₹750. When i said this they told this show due to old update.
2- There are ways to earn money only. Parking is not good here, they do not give parking sleep and demand money only

Doctor consultation and cooperation was good, nursing staff and hospital staff are cooperation good, clean hospital room is good, overall good hospitals for delivery that I feel.

It's completely overrated hospital.no facilities are provided, only loot is there. AC will not work properly. Nurses are rude.all the things have to done by attendent.they will not do any work even you are in private room. I don'trecommend to anyone to come here.there are so many hospital available in varanasi.even good doctors are not available.no treatment, only loot

I can't say much about the hospital, my experience is related to the blood bank as I went to donate blood to a relative of mine. The staff of the blood bank was very nice and supportive.they asked some essential questions about my health and previous blood donation. My blood group was checked and I was weighed. After all the formalities, I donated blood without any trouble. This was a good experience.

Very Nice, met Dr. Anupama Singh very polite and professional Gynecologist, she carefully looked at all the reports of my wife and advised accordingly, also Mr. Manmohan Singh guided us in proper manner as this was our first visit here at Apex.

Probably the worst hospital in India. The only thing matters for them is money.
I had corporate Insurance card, during surgery of my wife they called me and told I have to pay 20000 extra as they need to call another surgeon. I paid for it and when I asked for bill, they told they can not give bill for it, as surgeon was called from outside. So basically, Dr. And hospital are doing all illegal business, no care for hospital. My patient was not well but still they told she is corporate patient so we need to discharge within 5-6 days, I did not understand if patient is not well how they can discharge.
So, the summary is, Apex is worst hospital, plz never ever take risk of going into it. Surely you will get get cheated and may loose your patient as well.

Pros -
1-Hospital and Doctors are fine!
2- And Management is also very good and listens to the problems.
3- Nursing staff is best what you will get here in varanasi.

Cons -
Only issue is with the corporate office system and their staff, they really need to improve on their file handling system, many patients do not get their medicines and treatment on time just because their file is laying with this department.

I wish I could rate this hospital in negative. My father was admitted because of gastritis issue and he spend a week there, the food served to my father was pathetic in taste full of spices rice served uncooked always and whenever we ask to change the food the service boy answer in very rude manner. This hospital cannot provide you a good food that is basic thing in hospitality so, you can imagine what type of services they were providing. Not going to visit again, not at all.

If I can give negative ratings I will do.one of the worst hospital.they only snatch patients money. All the staffs are unskilled.poor management.please don't go for any treatment.

Because I haven't loss too. Yes, one thing is best in this hospital that PET CT available here and I have no idea PET CT available any hospital in Varanasi except only this hospital. That is why some of reason it's good.
