Clinic is good and staff is supportive. Waiting time during evening is high and that may be bit annoying. Doctor charges are similar to that of Apollo hospitals, nthg less. I made an appointment for general physician and doctor was really good and gave sufficient time to understand the problem and suggest the medication. There is sufficient space is sitting area and the place is well maintained.
They have various plans for family doctor on monthly and quarterly basis.

Great place to have your tests done. Smooth and helpful staff. And you can always trust on Apollo

They are a nuisance to the community, i already had my number registered and so is my family, i had got vaccinated in this Apollo clinic but now they want to charge me for new registration fees, pathetic set of sadist people working there

Over all good experience, some hygiene issue is there in washroom.

Smooth process for covid vaccination. The staff is very polite and well skilled. I got vaccinated by Neha, she was very well skilled and well behaved.

You see I've some bad experience and good too. But I'll never ever recommend apollo clinic to anybody. Specially this one, I've been through a very bad phase bcz of their surgery recommendation. You should consult with at least 2-3 doctors even after visiting apollo clinic.

I came here for a pre-employment health check. Everything went smoothly, I recommend this place for the routine health checkup.

It was a really great experience, Staff is really cooperative also the doctors are really nice. Recommended.

This is not a good diagnostic centre. The person here is fooling about tests, saying tat fasting does not matter for the sugar blood test.

"Fooling patient and looting money" is the best remark already given by one of the couple for Dr. Shampa Jha and i also had the same experince where she was behimd money and no respect for the patients comes to Dr. Shampa Jha.

It has been a great experience with helpful and good nursing staff. From the reception services to cafeteria everyone ensured a to make the admission and stay as simple as possible in the times when patients have enough tensions of their own.

Pathetic centre from Apollo, shortage of staff, person sitting in reception always busy in phone calls, we are waiting last 40 minutes for COVID vaccine but he is neither interested to serve and also very arrogant. Totally mis management at this centre will never ever visit this again.

It has been a wonderful experience with Apollo Cradle. My doctor POOJA GUPTA who is very humble and caring. She ensures that I am properly informed about my WIFE AND BABY'S health.

All amenities, facilities available at hospital are so good and the whole staff is good.special thanks to Mr. JITENDER who is very humble and friendly he helped us and responded to all our queries. Very unprofessional and misleading staff. Have to reach 3 times for test appointment even after fixing it many times (calls mails etc). Some time doctor is not available some time machine is not ok.can't trust on report as well.

The outlet is not in line with Apollo Clinic standards. Indirapuram centre has Crumbling infrastructure and unclean cabins. Staff needs training on customers service and behavioural skills. Looks SOPs and quality standards are not adhered to at this centre.

During my executive health check up, this clinic found my eyes as 6X6, however I use reading specs 1.25. When shared this with technician concerned, she did not even bother to take notice. Equipments not maintained well, my Echo and ultrasound could not happen due to this. I am unsure of quality of their testing and hence would avoid visiting here.

I wish Apollo Clinic has routine checks in place to take corrective actions for such centres.

All staffs were attentive, respectful, and helpful. Specially Santosh Kumar Ray, who was very cooperative and attentive.

They charge 10500 for emergency although telephonic appointment was taken before 20 hour of delivery and 8 hour before admission.on asking why you charge
They reply you are wasting your and our time.
Telephonic appointment is not appointment. People took appointment before 5-6 month of their admission.

The people at the reception firstly did not have the knowledge of the neither the tests nor the packages, over that they also were rude to say that we were wasting their time. They had to make a dozen calls for to be able to answer any query that I had. Was badly irritated by the end of it, had to leave and find some other place to get the tests done.
I have visited Apollo clinic in Bangalore but was clearly disappointed by the service at the indirapuram clinic.

They don’t even deserve single star. Don’t go by the name. Totally in competent staff. Do not know how to talk to patients and settle bills. Pathetic experience. I do not advise / recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

I have visited the clinic first time and i found all the staff personal are very much cooperative and humble. Overall very nice experience and service.

Receptionist has lot of behavioral issue.
Blood collection person is another pathetic person.
They haven’t send me the report as promised.

This is a Apollo lab for all type of tests. I visited here for covid19 vaccination which was done within 20mins.very smoothly. Everything was good.

A bit more professional staff would be better.

The guy at the reception just sat idle for 5 minutes before entering data of my form in system, despite noone else being there for vaccination.

Neverthless, it was a fine experience and not having any crowd was good.

Poor service, Its been 5 days now and have not received my reports. And they do not share their collection center number also. Called to their customer care so many times but all in vain. Worst Service.

Before going to this clinic I was confused because I read all reviews of customers but when I went there I found that waiting time was around 20minutes extra. Other things was good like doctors behavior, receptionist behavior.
They answered everything well.

Good clinic and good panel of doctors attend the various types of patients who have been diagnosed and treated to become normal.
Fees are nominal and lab tests are little higher compared to various lab tests available nearby.
It is generally a good clinic for nearby localities and corporate organization's needs.

Worst service. Mismanagement at its hight.
I have Taken an appointment of 9am and its been 11 am. Still not even a single test they have done.
They are not able to manage the crowd.
Worst customer support.

Health Check Up process was slightly slow as consultant doctors only come around 10: 30-11AM however major issue is with Report arrival. I fail to understand why it took 5 days and no one from clinic informed proactively. I have to call every day twice to know if reports are available. Also One strange process is that General Physician Consultation happens on the day of sample collection itself. Ideally that should happen after reports arrive.

They dont know what about corporate package includes, they discussed among themself about breakfast and provide breakfast very late. Advice to all corporate people, dont compare it with Medanta facilities.

Pathetic unprofessional fraud Apollo clinic. I have given sample on 21st December still didn't get report. Everyday I use to call them for report. Then surprisingly one day they told me that i have to give sample 2nd time. After giving sample again they went to hibernation. Still waiting for the report. At last I request other users to not go there.

Poor staff, worst attitude towards the customer.
For every new customer they are charging their own registration charge. When I asked why it is charged and what is it for, she asked me to call their customer care which is also non-responsive. They dont have complaint book. Basically they dont want to listen to their sufferers.

Just looking to make money above everything else!

They dont know what is covered in my package, I waited for 30 minutes for doctor consultation and doctor said it's not covered. I discussed at registration desk, she said its covered and put my file at doctor's desk. Again I waited for 40 minutes and when entered in doctor's cabin he again refused and send the girl to sone other department to cross check the same. I had nothing since morning from last 16 hours and they people are so confused.

Apollo Clinic has become the next govt hospital, hours of waiting, no one is listening. Very pathetic service by Apollo.

Booked appointment on Practo was told on arrival we donot have any such association with Practo and will not honour any appointment like this. On questioning I was asked to shut up and was in shock as didnot expected this from reception. I said this is my first and last visit Arun Kumar and his manager at reception said - no issues we have many customers.

Now you decide if you would like to visit such an arrogant and unfriendly clinic or save yourself by visiting a government hospital which is far better than such places like apollo which is full of short tempered staff who are dangerous and donot care at all for you.

Lastly bill was given at the time of exit and told go and complaint anyone we dont care.

My only mistake was I booked the appointment from Practo and not directly with Apollo clinic.

Hope this helps many people to stay away from such places.

In this modern world, they don't have the facility to upload reports online. You have to visit their clinic again and again for the reports. And when you visit, they make you wait for a long time as they perform billing of other patients. Actually they have eeked out money out of you, so they are more interested in patients whom they can make further money out of.

This is the worst clinic in ghaziabad. Management is zero, people have to wait for 3 to 4 hours. There is no proper way of handling the clinic. Please don't consider this if you are in a hurry

Very Poor Service. And Worst experience.
They dont have proper procedure for routine tests.
Receptionist and staff is very unskilled and they dont have ethics to talk to customer.

They dont take feedback in case of mistakes done by them.
They did.
1) Name Mistake.
2) Samples was not collected and checklist was passed given to receptionist. For which i visited again 90 kms wasting my time and money.
3) receptionist saying on front desk "inko bhi aaj hi aan tha in front of customers" without knowing how much difficulty the customer is having to revisit.

4) Blood collector misguided.

With these issue they still do the argument's.
And the receptionist (Lady on Right) is not very nice to customers.

I f you have a smooth routine checkup than its ok.every things seems to be ok you will rate them good.

But in case some something goes wrong or unparallell fron their side itself than see their attitude.

Not Recommended. Even if you have appointment still you have to wait at least for 2 hours and they even don't provide reports on Apollo portal or on email. Can be avoided if you don't want to waste your time.

Only recommended incase of an emergency consultation.
For blood tests, they never give reports on time. In evening, they mention you'll get the report next day morning, next morning, they mention you'll get report in the evening and thus causes numerous delay keeping the patient worried! More business minded, rather than patient-centric.

Consultants are not so good. My husband had a digestion problem and the doc advices to get ECG done.
Also the dentist, whose name flashes on the board outside in big and bold letters comes for 1-2 hours in the morning and in the evening. But, generally sits for an hour only. U need to call him every time you think of visiting him to check whether he’s available or not. But he’s good too. He completed a simple procedure in 7 months which could had been done in three days. My medical condition didn’t allow me to get the treatment done, So he was very patient and completed it later in the same package. ️️
