The staff are very humble and helpfull.they treat patient very calmly.the enviroment of hospital so clean. All the services they provide r good.

The process here is easy to go with. In no time I got my reports. Staffs and doctors here are trustable and easy to communicate with.

Got my second dose here. Place was hygienic, all the precautions were taken and the vaccination was very professionally done.

I am not sure how the reviews have been made to 4.5+ stars, I have tried several times to contact the number given on listing for query and have not been able to connect even once. Tarnishing Apollo brand. Pathetic.

Very bad experience. I booked an appointment for Monday morning 7: 00 Am, upon reaching they just took the slip and organised it randomly. Made me wait for 2.5 Hrs for consultation. Non helping staff, no one helps in this clinic. No value of time.

Had a great experience, came here for 2nd dose of vaccination, there were no hustle and everything was done within half an hour.

The service was really quick and proper hygiene was maintained. The staff was polite and knowledgeable.

It was a fantastic experience with Apollo Clinic Gorakhpur. I was at the clinic for my second jab and it all went smoothly with 10 minutes before the shot. Ranjeet Paswan who was the technical staff and facilitator, helped with all information and support proactively. He was very polite and candid.
Apollo has maintained it’s extent of customer focus and service here in Gorakhpur as well.

Beware of this Appolo clinic they r ashame for Appolo brand.
Dr. R P Singh who came from Delhi he is so rude arrogant he misbehave with patient.
He don’t listen patient actually he is ashame for Appolo brand.

डॉक्टर्स के मामले में ठीक है पर नंबर लगाने के मामले में बिल्कुल ही गलत और कही नंबर लग गया और फिर बदलवाना पड़ा तो पैसा डूब जाएगा पर चेंज नही हो पायेगा।
